Morscraw was formed when three Nation in Eastern Europe formed a union. The union composed of Estonia, Latvia, And Lithuania. The agreement called the Pack of Bruderschaft {Brotherhood}. Soon after Morscraw was occupied by the new Russian state Kiveai. Just before that happed a great Out flux of Population fearing Kiveaian invasion {which happened shortly after.} left Morscraw leaving only a few other Ethnic Groups beside the major one the new called Morscawvian Prussians. When the Kiveaians invaded the new Dictator thought he would show a message to the rest of Europe by commuting a Genocide of the major population of Morscawvian Prussians. The Kiveaians left the other Ethnic groups as they were and gave them no quarrels. The Morscawvian Prussians were tortured, experimented on and buttered. The entire races would have been wiped out if it were not for one man.

General Ludwig von Otto

The General was a former Nazi General who had retired after the war. After a Band of Morscawvian Prussians escaped from a Death Camp Lead by Seridick Varns Stoped running after they found General Ludwig's House who had moved the Northern Poland. The story goes that The band broke into Ludwig's house. Ludwig being a regretful man saw the starving Morscawvians and he took care of them for three days. After those three days up Ludwig joined the Band and set free a Death Camp near the Polish border. The General had arranged for weapons and Supplies to be brought to the Morscawvians. for the Next 47 years they freed almost all of the Death Camps and drove the Kiveaians out and recovered power of the country. The first things they did was drive out any none Morscawvian Prussians from the Country for they'd had never helped the Morscawvian Prussians into gaining freedom or even stood up for them. the General Ludwig was the only Non Morscawvian Prussians in the country and he had no children.

They set up a new type of Government where every of the Five Major regions had a representative in the Council of Morscraw. Out of those Councilmen a Kaiser was elected and he would rule over Morscraw for the next 5 to 10 years. The First Kaiser was the General Ludwig but he died after two years in office. Succeeding him was the 2nd Kaiser Seridick Varns.

Morscraw in recent history has had only one other Major conflict and that was with Vontan which had occupied land that was previously owned by Morscraw but was given to the Vontans by the Kiveaians this region is known as the Valkyrie Mountains.

Morscraw has Most Laws of other Nation but heres some adaption and impotent ones.

Rape:Death Penalty
Abortion:Only if its a rape case or mothers liefs in Danger.
Marrying a Non Morscawvian Prussian: Extradition to a Country of the Violates Choice.
Having a Child that is Non Morscawvian Prussian:Extradition to a Country of the Violates Choice.
Murder First Degree:Has to serve 10 years in the Clockwork Special Forces

Culture
Morscawvian Culture is a mix of the Culture from the Baltic and Prussia. The Youth prefer to wear dark colored clothing with Flags of Morscraw and or the former Nations. The Kaiser's wear traditional clothing from the the 1750S-1770s. History is a large part of Morscawvian culture. Music is also a large part of the culture. Currently Loud Metal music and Sad Classical music are the most popular the most .the National anthem is

War is also a big part in Morscraw. Morscraw is a small nation and Constantly fears invasion. So they have researched and made some of the best Military technology Jumps of any country in the Modern World.
Christianity is a major part in Morscawvian Life. Mainly the Population is Lutheran. But just another Major part of Morscawvian Culture it Tolerance of other Nations and religions.
Blood is a holy thing in Morscraw agreements, Bonds, brotherhood. all are signed and written in Blood.
