The Republic of Reformed South Vietnam welcomes all international nations to set up a embassy on our soil we have had our doors closed since the Second Indochina War (1954-75), but now with a new open door policy that has just been passed by the south vietnamese congress will offically open up the country for international embassy to help estiblish South Vietnam's relations with the rest of the world. South Vietnam has many tourist site located thought the country such as Mekong River and Red River Deltas that run through out the northern and southern part of the country, and the Ho Chi Minh trail which was used to transport supplies and troops to the south from North Vietnam during the Second Indochina War. The civilan population of South Vietnam will be very welcoming to foregin diplomats due to their expeience with American service troops that were stationed in our country during the Vietnam War to aid our government fight the Viet Cong and the NVA.
