The Former Soviet Republic of Fedriya started in the mid 18th century, always being covered in snow and speaking variants of the Russian language, differing slightly in various regions of the vast country. Tourism is practically non-existent as there is nothing to attract them apart from the beautiful Fedriyan architecture that is dotted around it's main cities. Security on politicians is infamously tight but a professional always finds a way - Kombayn Vozarski was the only leader not to be attacked, despite being probably the most aggressive dictator in the country's entire history.
Kombayn Vozarski (during his rein) was apparently Fedriya's answer to Adolf Hitler, but less drastic and insane. He believed strongly in controlling rival nations and thrived in the concept of a Fedriyan Empire but he did not ever properly achieve this. He had Fedriya's best interest at mind, being absolutely patriotic but his methods were frowned upon and used by the press to smear him: he was physically and verbally abusive to his staff and members of foreign governments, threatening several criminals and high-ranking members of the Fedriyan Mafia; claiming they were anti-government scum. After his rein, not a single war had been fought but with him in charge, a total of five were fought and all-but-one won - thanks to his strong leadership and ingenious plans.
After his rein, several other Presidents have taken office, all have died eventually until Vozarski returned to power and served for another 3 years until multi-billionaire business magnate and promoter, spokesperson and Head of Public Relations of the famous PMC conglomerate Phoenixwood International, Charles Phalsomann beat him in a recent election by mere two votes. Since then, President Phalsomann has shaped Fedriya into a Corporately Privatized State drastically and it is now completely privatizated by big-fish corporations.
Phoenixwood International, the conglomerate that houses approximately 40 Private Military Companies (PMCs) is utizilized across Fedriya to protect the nation from terrorists, hostile forces, revolutions, etc. The international conglomerate, for which President Phalsomann is a promoter, spokesperson and Head of PR, has implaced a strict curfew over most parts of Fedriya and heavily-armed, highly-trained and super-efficient Phoenixwood mercenaries are commonplace as they patrol the nation.
National Privatization has taken a hold of yet another country.
Agriculture is disappointingly low as it is becoming increasingly hard to grow anything on snow and the nation's main source of income is from tax and it's booming economy of oil and weapons. It is a well-known fact that the Fedriyan government has a top secret stock of nuclear warheads for (as they claimed) 'defense purposes'. Ironically, they denied the existence of these warheads, until a nosey reporter printed evidence on them, then they claimed the innocent intentions for them, shortly before the reporter disappeared - police are reportedly not searching for them.
It is a member of the World Assembly and has approximately fifty embassies worldwide, controlling (apparently peacefully) other countries:
