Manpower Policy:

All personnel are signed on with a contract amounting to $250,000.00 Universal Standard Dollars a year. This is equivalent to modern mid-level or journeyman mercenary pay.

Salary Packages in the Sidewinder Refuges military does not scale upwards with rank. Promotion and the in-statement of office is based on performance in training and in the battlefield

Our Military Bases also provide comfortable accommodations, services and schools for our military personnel and their families.
