Locales

L5 Space Habitat- An outdated, torrid, hundred-year old space station. Abandoned by the government of Earth, it's now used by Outworlders that cannot or not not wish to land on Earth.
Moonbase- The first colony. It is inhabitated every so often by the passing traveller, but is mostly robotic mining.

Hesperus AreoCity- A collection of balloon platforms housing the permanent residents of Venus. Boasts a shirt-sleeve outdoor environment, so long as your shirt is full body cover radiation-resistant material and you wear a breather.
Nahid AreoCity- A collection of ballon platforms housing the more temporary residents of Venus. Doesn't boast the shirt-sleeve outdoor environment, but admits it.

Marsbase- An outdated supply and mining station, sparsely inhabited.

Deep Space 01- An base set in an asteroid. Manufacturing and dry docks for ships.

Areo Mining- Ballon platforms for hydrogen mining.
Europa- Diana Facility, Europatown, Ice Hill- Diana Facility is perhaps the largest Outworld city. Like all of Europa's cities, it's mostly underground. Europatown is much smaller than Diana Facility, and on the opposite side of the world. Ice Hill is a dock, repair, water mining, and launch area.
Ganymede- Ganymedebase- A small colony that hasn't made much of a name for itself.
Io- Jupiter Mining Facility- The hellhole of Jupiter. Mining, drinking, and shooting.
Callisto- Callistobase- Second largest Outworld city.

Titan- Titanbase- The farthest Outworld base. Not particularly likable or notable.
