Dear Leaders, Honored Friends:
The General Assembly of the Honourable Republic of New Azura has officially authorized this memorandum. On Wednesday, June 23rd, 2010, I signed into law the Ambassadorial and Consular Reconstitution Act , authorizing the Office of the Chancellery to establish foreign embassies, consulates, and diplomatic missions with other nations. In addition, the Office of the Chancellery has the authority to formally invite the nations of the world to establish their own embassies in the Honourable Republic of New Azura. This is the primary purpose of this epistle.
The Honourable Republic of New Azura has set to work zoning commercial land in the Capital District of the Republic, Capodimonte, Olympia Prefecture for usage in creating our country’s first International Zone. This International Zone will be home to the New Azura Transnational Trade Centre, a wide variety of cultural attractions and restaurants, and most importantly, Embassies of foreign nations. In short, we are creating a first class political district in our nation’s capital city, and we wish to formally send you an invitation to join us. We are calling upon all nations of the world who wish to establish a diplomatic mission in New Azura to join us in bolstering the image of the Republic’s Crown Jewel, Capodimonte. Such a diplomatic Embassy would only help to increase the diplomatic associations between our nations.
It is with profound elation and delight that I compose this communiqué. Verily, such a momentous occasion has yet to emerge in our young Republic. And so, in conclusion, I do wish to impart my gratitude towards your nation for taking the time to establish diplomatic relations with the Honourable Republic of New Azura.
