The USSF's policies regarding Neutrality in conflicts

The United Socialist States of Furyjenko proclaims an official policy of Neutrality in conflicts between nations set about by legislation and the USSF's constitution.

The Rules and Laws governing Neutrality in the USSF state that:

- The United Socialist States of Furyjenko is not to align itself with any nation in any conflict between that nation and any other.
- The United Socialist States of Furyjenko is constitutionally allowed and encouraged to take a mediating position in a conflict between to opposing nations in order to sway the conflict towards a peaceful resolution.
- The United Socialist States of Furjenko will take any request by a nation to mediate in a conflict into consideration.
- If the United Socialist States of Furyjenko were to take a position of mediation in a conflict, it is allowed to use its territorial waters and neutral security vessels as platforms for negotiations and propositions between opposing sides representatives.
- If the United Socialist States of Furyjenko is directly threatened and an opposing nation mobilizes against it, it is constitutionally allowed to defend itself and mobilize its own security forces to counter any threat.
- If the above situation were to occur the United Socialist States of Furyjenko is allowed to call on any nation willing to help defend it and enter a temporary treaty to which the USSF and any nation willing to help would be bound to restore the peacetime border lines between the USSF and any opposing side and begin negotiations with it.
- No foreign military presence is to be made in the United Socialist States of Furyjenko in peace time, times of mediation or times of war, whether it be by air, sea or land.
- The security forces of the United Socialist States of Furyjenko are not to enter and/or occupy any foreign nations land as it would be against the sovereignty of that nation. Unless it is requested by the World Assembly to make a peace keeping mission, in which case it would consider the mission in light of the conditions and any possible effects the mission would have.

This statement has been made in order to notify all nations of the policy of the USSF.
The USSF policy regarding Neutrality is open to commentary and criticism, but it must be noted that any commentary and criticism will most likely not have any affect on the USSF's policies.
