The number of security members for one. That is enough to have one's own private army, which could unsettle local law enforcement. The number of vehicles is also a little too profound, and the Foreign Ministry would have trouble keeping up with that number of vehicles. If you could lower the number and/or limit the types of vehicles, then your application shall be accepted.

We will cut the DSS security staff down to 20. The other staff will remain as they focus on IT security and not physical security. Also the request for the jet and two trucks is hereby dropped. However the Department of Foreign Affairs requests that we use our own jets to transport our officials to the new embassy. They will not be armed and we will not inhibit any Osthia inspection at all. I would also like to reassure the Otis Police force that we keep very strict gun controls on our weapons and most will be locked in a secure gun vault under constant guard.
