With the help of the Trefoil Corporation, settlers from all over the world landed in an archipelago in the Pacific Ocean in October 16th, 1995. The group built the necessary infrastructures for a country during 14 years, under the leadership of a provisional government led by TrefoilCorp itself.
In June 19th 2009, the constitution was ratified by a referendum, and Trefoilland was officially founded. The provisional government was dissolved and the leader of the Democratic Socialism Forward party, Alexandre Hopkins, was elected as the President of the Republic.
In June 20th Trefoilland became a member of the World Assembly, and the archipelago was moved to the 10000 Islands region.
More settlers are coming everyday to the country, explaining the fast population growth rate.
