Well, the most popular beverage is watered-down wine sweetened with honey, cane sugar, or saccharine, but that isn't really a soft drink even if the alcohol content is fairly low.

The most popular soda is one of a series of mixtures all called "Cola Libertas" or some variant thereof. They all contain carbonated water, lime juice, guarana, and a sweetener (honey traditionally, though cane sugar is gaining popularity nowadays, a few versions contain sorghum syrup or molasses, and diet versions with saccharine have caught on).
