Sixth Draft

The following conditions must be met by Sevevill and the United States of Connor,

1. Occupied Albatan is returned to The Albatan Resistance, to be know as Albatan once again.
   
2. New Dacruz must be returned to the administration of the Arcadian States and Commonwealth by the United States of Connor
   
3. Sevevill must cut all political ties with The Republic of Sevevill
   
4. No institution in Sevevill, public or private, is allowed to used incendiary or orbital weapons.
   
5. Sevevill is not allowed to have any defensive pacts of any kind with the United States of Connor
   
6. Sevevill must pay 850'000'000 Seves to the New Dacruz government and the Albatanian Government
   
7. Sevevill's banishment from CMEP will be revoked.
   
8. Sevevill's Head of State must be an elected position.
   
9. The Sevevillian Armed Forces will be limited to 1'500'000 personnel.
