I believe the Coalition should adopt a standard small arms rifle, or at least a standard bullet size.

Given that the GRA and Sevevill use the XM8 and M4a1 respectively, and that both of those weapons are chambered for the standard 5.56×45mm NATO round, I would propose we adopt the 5.56x45mm as the standardized Coalition bullet size.

There's a difference, though, between having a standard rifle that soldiers in Coalition standardised units (under direct Coalition command, like peacekeepers) use and forcing all member nations to convert their militaries to a certain rifle design. I was going for the former option.

Okay, guys, listen up. I've just come up with the best idea since the iron on eye patch.

I think we should go all Rainbow 6 and make a joint spec forces team consisting of operatives from all of our nations. We could RP it in almost all scenarios including Nchiyamengi and work some sweet character development in the long term.

The game story (in my expert opinion as someone who has never played) involves a group of special forces operatives from different countries called team Rainbow which is assembled to combat a terrorist cell.

In our case it would be the same thing but under Coalition command.

The equipment should be unique to the character, my guy would rather use and AK-47 then an M4a1 because "It will at least keep on working if it gets dirty". Also, the ammunition should be obscure so that it can't be used by our enemy, or very standard so that we can steal other peoples ammo, I vote for obscure personally. The force should be called CTF-R (Coalition Task Force - Rainbow). But we should get some more idea's and have a vote.

Maybe standardized weapons is not a good idea. I mean, logistically it would be but for the sake of character building . . .

An HQ somewhere in Sevevill would be good.

I say we go completely different in terms of equipment and whatnot. It would add some pretty cool differentiation and uniqueness to the characters.

In my opinion we should omit any use of the word 'Rainbow' because of the lore behind that name and the quite obvious connection to the books and games we don't really care for in this case. We should decide jointly on a name, but Coalition Task Force - ________ is a good beginning.

We should have 2 battalions each of which could be called coalition task force rainbow and coalition task force sierra I like the idea but it's up to the GU since he is in command

I think this is something we should go all JTF2 on this. 'Blacker than black' ops and all that jazz. We should keep it small with each operative's story well written. That way we can work on character development and creating cool stories about the operations the team is involved in on the character level. Especially since a special operations action is by definition a radio silence thing unless the need arises, and even then really only to give an affirmative or short report, one writer could write about a whole operation on their own while including all characters.

But I think we should definitely keep it small and diverse. This is the one time we should really ignore all the laws of realism for the sake of the storytelling.

You Could Have it in South East Dunn City. In the Factory distrect. Outside looks like a normal factory. Has a Sevevill Flag or something on it. Looks normal. The walls soudproof. Inside a state of the art factory with one of those C-17 looking things form Agents of Shield.

It would have like a Armory, Shooting Range, Garage, Launch Room (For the plane) Sleeping quarters. Kitchen Liveing Area. Things like that.

But what im thinking. If you have ever watched the show. Its like 5 or 6 main cherecters and there are like sience people and soldiers who do some of the work and are on standby. Like the FBI Or CIA. There are Agents and then SWAT like soldier people. I think thats what we should do where its like a undercover agency
