Sergeant (Sgt.) | Double Down Chevron (same as before; assume its the same) with equal signs attached to the lower one (which is seperated from the top one) | R2

Lieutenant (Lt.) | Empty Upside Down Eq. Triangle With a line parallel to each side except the top (they do NOT intersect - only extend as far as the sides of triangle) with a line sticking out from the middle of this line | R3

Captain (Cpt.) | Lietenant but remove the top line on triangle and add another line in between the side of triangle and extratriangular line | R4

Lieutenant Colonel (Lt. Cnl.) | Circle with black dot in center - two lines extend horizontally from outer circle. A left bracket [ goes through the left line and a right bracket ] goes through the right line. | R5

Sergeant: sleeve w/two gold six pointed stars in a vertical row
Upper Sergeant: sleeve w/three stars in a row
Field Sergeant: Sleeve w/four stars in a diamond

Hate to be picky but I have to say that the General of the Army, Major-Colonel and Captain look a little too similar. And the Supreme Commander of the Armed forces could be a little fancier :s Also if you could make all the ranks a little bigger too then that would be perfect. Other than that the layout is absolutely great

Next, I would be further driven into personal debt to you if you could design the following specified ranks for my Navy:
Enlisted:
All enlisted ranks should be a light blue color, and be in the shape of an inverted triangle, with the insignia(for example chevrons) in silver.
Sailor ~ blank insignia (OR-1)
Master Sailor ~ one chevron (OR-2)
Lead Sailor ~ two chevrons (OR-2)
Midshipman ~ three chevrons (OR-3)
Master Midshipman ~ one star (OR-3)
Lead Midshipman ~ two stars (OR-4)
Junior Petty Officer ~ three stars in a triangular formation (OR-4)
