Emperor Luna has a long history yet also short history. It began in 2011, when he went to law school to become a judge. Within two years he was a judge in the Illinois Appellate Court, and was very ambitious. In September of 2013, tension began to brew with the Illinoisans, as they felt a rift coming between them and the federal government. Orators began giving anti government speeches. Noticing this moment of instability, Putin declared war on the United States, and also gained an alliance with Mongolia and India. Seeing this opportunity, secessionists refused to accept the draft and destroyed nearby military bases, by December, NATO was thinning out and the United States decided to allow this independent Illinois to exist.

There then came the argument over who should rule, but eventually a leader called Generalissimo Chamo rose to power, and created the Dictatorial State of Chamoland. While the US was distracted, he conquered all four states surrounding lake Michigan, rising to greater heights. Since Chamo had drafted almost all men into combat, Luna had also been in combat, and had done extremely well, moving up ranks quickly. By the end of March, 2014, Chamo was pleased enough to promote Luna to Second-in-command. Together they conducted lightning-raids on all of the United States.

By May 24th, 2013, all of America was under Chamo's control. Chamo then made an alliance with Russia, however he used the alliance to rig elections, have Putin replaced with a weak President. At the end of May, Chamo organized a coup and had himself instated as President of both Russia and Chamoland. Luna grew sick and tired of Chamo's reign and in mid-June, when Chamo was assassinated, Luna led the revolt against Chamoland, despite the fact he was killing soldiers he had once commanded.

Eventually Luna was praised as a war hero, and was offered to become president of "The Reformed United States of America" however he declined, and returned to Judicial work. Controlling both world powers along with land gains from the war, the Reformed United States of America ended up annexing everything, controlling the planet as one nation. Luna ended he up joining the Congress in early August. He had joined at a right time, a bill was introduced that would allow NASA to use Area 51 findings.

This is where a part of Luna's story that only outsiders can know, not the citizens, begins. Luna was a Sith Lord. He was inspired by great leaders such as Palpatine, Malgus, Revan and many others, and he knew through force perception that the secret to unlocking the galaxy was somewhere near Groom Lake. He bribed the Congress into voting for the bill, and so the Hyperdrive was created. Explorers discovered the entire galaxy by the end of August, along with aliens willing to join the great Republic. When Luna had left, he knew something needed to be done relating to this discovery. He had already felt uncomfortable with democracy, especially in cases of inactivity in the Congress.

In the next month, through manipulation, Luna started a war, had the weak and ill-received President killed, and became Emperor. To some he is a liar and a threat, to others he has saved us all. In my opinion, what he did was the lesser of two evils, and he has brought relative peace. The only wars have been started by foolish rebels.

The Republic of Tallam is a partially independent country. Power from France was handed over to President Francois Henri Bonnet in 1974. Elections were once again held, and the Tallam Independence Party won with 600 seats.
