Salutations to the nearby and amicable States, Nations, Peoples, and Tribes.
We, of the Constitutional Monarchy of Apalaxia, do bid welcome to all who wish to treat with us. It has been 50 years since the collapse of the United States and 50 years since the founding of our humble kingdom in the hills. It is the wish of the Wise King and Governor of Apalaxia that we extend our hand in friendship to other realms. We have an extensive agricultural economy that for the last 5 years has been in a period of surplus, we have a small but thriving core of industrial production and engineering, and we have a strong and distinct cultural heart made rich by the variant Tribes and communities which submit to our suzerainty. All this and more can be accessed by the Merchants of your nation if you desire it. There is also the prospect of mutual defense, as the Apalaxian Guard is one of the regions most powerful and adaptive militaries, and the Apalaxian Rangers are the most elite and skilled wilderness survivors, guerrilla tacticians, and sappers to come out of the mountains. Our airforce while not large is nonetheless dedicated and persistent.
In order to spread a general desire for peace in the land that we and our neighbors and friends might thrive, Brycius Vulcanus Caesar, the King and Governor of Apalaxia, cordially invites the Agents of the Sovereign rulers of the various States and Communities within range of this message to attend his court in the Palace-Fortress of Edenburg, in the city of Bergsville, our Capital. There shall be provided for each Ambassador a suite in the Ambassadorial Apartments. Details concerning staff and vehicles is detailed in an attached application which should arrive with this letter. We hope this message reaches you soon.
With the love and care of a brother to his kin,
-Brycius Vulcanus Caesar, King and Governor of Apalaxia
