This is the regional signup thread for Prometheus, previously known as Bahamut. This is an alt-canon version of Atlas with entirely different states. This region is invite-only.

REGIONAL SIGNUP INSTRUCTIONS
At the end of Round 2, no states will be larger than 281,932px. If there is any territory leftover at the end of Round 2, it will be allocated in Round 2.5. The next step after Round 2(.5) is determining canon and modern geopolitics.

Lovarium and Palermo were two rivaling states from their inception to the late medieval era, when the two suffered revolutions within years of the other's, and became republics. After one devastating war broke out between the revolutionary governments, the Lovarii (Roman analogue) and the Palermitani (Italian/Sicilian analogue) Republics united.

More history and stuff to come later as the world becomes more known.

I'm unsure of how to calculate pixels, but here's my claim (this is ya b0i arcoani):

• Acronius' current plot
• Coraspia's current plot
• Östenlund-Kradowska's current plot
• Giliberafta's current plot
• Vhallion's current plot
• All land between the southeastern tip of Östenlund-Kradowska to the southwestern tip of that giant lake in the middle of the continent

Minus the last part, the land above is 125,858.82.

EDIT: Alright, so we need to add a few lines about our history too:

The historical tensions between the francophones and the anglophones in Acronius end in anglophone victory instead of francophone victory. Named after the Aegran Mountains in central southern (anglophone) Acronius instead of the francophone warlord Francis d'Acronie, things in Acronius/Aegrus turned out very different. An aggressive foreign policy dating back centuries called for invasion after invasion and colony after colony, eventually expanding the Kingdom of Aegrus into a multi-continential empire. It exiled the entire francophone population into its most remote colonies, collectively commonly known as "the Badlands", and flourished on for centuries. The monarchy in Aegrus was overthrown in 1948, and replaced by a presidential system that remains today. The Aegran Federation is currently ruled by President Paul Povac, and its capital is Defense.

Take Atlas - same planet and ethnic distribution - but completely rewrite the history. Totally different states with a relatively low regional player cap (12). Few to no NPCs or small player states.

Rescinded the requirement for a name and short description for the claim to count, so Acronius, Greater Hudian Republic, and Valdiu have been added to the map. Everyone try to do this though, so new claimants can make sure someone hasn't already created a similar state.

So far Aegrus (Acronius) is Anglophone and Francophone, Antidamas (Cavatappi) is Phoenician, Bretskiya (Roski) is pan-Slavic (Eastern- and Southern-Slavic dominant) , Lovarium (THL) is Roman/Italian, Pererra is vaguely Portuguese/Italian, and Rayyed (Greater Hudian Republic) is pan-Asian (Arab and South-Asian dominant).
Valdiu needs to describe their state.

After Imperial Cyllea, New Chilokver, New Cinoth, Rodstov, and Sde Dov make claims, we'll move on to round two.
