It was announced that current Chancellor Leopold Schecter had won, by over 50 Million Votes! Throughout the Kaiserreich Reutoans cheered and celebrated, already reports have come in talking about the Nationalists dissatisfied with the Elections. But will keep trying to win Support for the next election in 8 years. We don't have the current information on who voted for who, but we can tell you that the Conservatives won with a Amazing Majority.

In response to the pathetic accusations made by a one President Drake of the south-east nation, URA, the admiral responsible for overseeing the security of the south-east provincial triangle of New Azenyanistan, Exalibas and North Zhengua has made spoken to press.

'President Drake is truly an absurd idiot with absolutely no solid understanding of what is necessary to ensure the security of a nation in the South East continent.

Currently there is no geopolitical tensions in that relatively quiet part of Ausozera thus the IWA does not have to devote valuable resources to North Zhengua. Especially considering the fact that there is war brewing back in Helsa deployment of forces to be stationed in a quiet part of the world is unnecessary and a waste of tax payer funding.

To add, the North Zhenguan Provincial military consists of approximately 125,000 personnel and more than enough equipment as well as funding to allow them to operate at maximum capabilities. Taking into account the land mass, population size, etc. of North Zhengua the native military there is perfect to ensure long standing security from any threat.

But it seems as though the United Remnant government is threatening to create tensions in that region so that they may further their own goals of achieving domination in that region. As such and if President Drake insists so dearly I hereby announce that a field army, further details will not be released right now, consisting of personnel from the Exalibasian Expeditionary Force and units of the New Azenyanistan Special Operations Forces will begin deployment to North Zhengua on a temporary period that is not to be released yet to public.

Also if this kind of hostile attitude continues from the Remnants the government of Vanquaria will have more than enough reason to withdraw from the GCRS. Thank you.'

The Council of Cardinals quickly repeated these now famous words and the chant could be heard for quite a while until the Council settled down. Already many civilian militias of faithful Slomehinians worldwide have been formed and recognized by the church, and the newly reformed Faith Militant(the until now outlawed official military of the church) has gained thousands of members. The Athair has called upon not just Slomehinians, but all "people of good will" in the words of His Holiness, to take up arms against the evils and corrupted views of The Inquisition. He also asks that the leaders of the world join him in ending this oppression and slaughter of people.

Chaos in the Capital!

For the first time in decades, in the early morning of July 18, 2016, Hochburg and two other cities heard sirens scream in the sky. In Hochburg, around 2 AM in the morning, citizens were abruptly awakened by war sirens coming from the Red Armory on the western part of the city. The sirens were followed by two explosions as the police station nearby was destroyed, as well as gunfire. Reports have been flooding into the media of a large scale, multiple pronged attack by an unknown force in three of the cities: Hochburg, Tetrarch, and Kursk, all on the mainland.

Reports have indeed been confirmed that the attackers are remnants of the old Wolf Clan, as well as what appears to be the terrorist group the Democratic Republic of Hochburg, a radical extremist group supporting the disbandment of DEN, religion, capitalism, and donnish oversight. The report came as soon as the first retreating units came in, as well as from the shouts of "FREE DEN" being screamed. While the numbers are unknown, reports indicate it could be upwards of ten thousand members in total, making this the largest attack on DEN since the Wolf Clan's civil war. This sudden emergence of Cultists, along with the scale of the attack, has drawn the USS to deploy the entire Imperial Capital Guard to the Capital. The Emperor has confirmed that the entirety of the SS has been mobilized to deal with this threat in a sudden, but vicious, search and lockdown.

Hochburg has now been under attack for more than six hours, and the Capital Guard has been deployed in both defensive and offensive positions. While enemy light armor has been confirmed, including the addition of IFVs and APCs, reports that the SS will be bringing in the four SS Panzer divisions, including their light tanks, have not been confirmed. The Red Armory has currently been seized by the DRH, and while not actually completely secured by the DRH, has been a target for the SS. We expect heavy fire there.

Tetrarch's military/civilian airport has been lost, and reports that over three thousand soldiers are advancing further into the city have been heard. Currently, the two companies of air force personnel there have been on the run, and are reported to be engaging in multiple firefights with DRH patrols. The light vehicles and artillery have also begun to move, and are in the process of attacking next checkpoint.

Kursk has been quiet, with the current report is that the DRH has retreated to the forests. The Army is getting ready to move in to recon and corner the enemy forces.

HIV/AIDS was first characterised in 1983. By the early 2010s, the virus had killed over 35 million people globally and another 34 million were living with the infection. Although a cure remained elusive, antiretroviral treatments were able to slow the progression of the disease and provide sufferers with a near-normal life expectancy. However, while antiretroviral treatments reduced the risk of death, these medications were expensive and often associated with side effects.

In 2012, a vaccine known as SAV001 – which had previous success in animal subjects – began Phase 1 human clinical trials in the Helsa Institute of Medical and Technological Innovation. This randomised, observer-blinded, placebo-controlled study used a ground-breaking technique involving a genetically modified, killed whole-virus vaccine. Prior to this, other experimental vaccines had either used subunits of the virus, or relied on genetically modified non-HIV viruses to carry an HIV-like genetic sequence.

SAV001 was administered to infected men and women aged 18 to 50. Results from the trials showed that patients experienced no adverse effects – no local reactions from the injections, or any signs, symptoms, or reactions to any potential toxicities – while significantly boosting immunity.*

With proven safety and tolerability in humans, the experimental vaccine progressed to Phase II and Phase III trials, with similar success. More years of study and testing went by as the best scientists specialising in this field from all over the world were called to Vanquaria to work alongside the teams in the Institute to further advance this already promising vaccine.

Now finally, on the 30th of July 2016, Ausozera's first HIV vaccine has officially been fully developed for mass distribution a spokesperson from the Institute announced. Today in Maxim, the capitol of Cholov, a bomb went off in the Parliament Building, killing 23 government officials and injuring 46. The bomb plot was organized by Russian Nationalists who, fed up with the government's policies and wishing to succeed from Cholov and create their own state, took matters into their own hands. After the bomb detonated thousands of Russian extremists took to the streets of Maxim actively protesting their government. Whilst most of the protesters were peaceful, some turned to violence, and riot police were deployed against them. Whilst fortunately there have been no deaths from the riots, many people were injured.

Prime Minister Sebastian Maczko, who luckily was away in Tetrograd on government business, declared a state of emergency when he heard of the bomb plot and approved the deployment of riot police against protesters in Maxim. The Prime Minister immediately returned to the capitol where the protests were dying down. As many as 400 people had been arrested by local policemen, and thousands of other protesters were temporarily detained or escorted to their homes. The riots were officially over at midnight last night, when the government began efforts to repair damages done by the protesters.

Investigations have already begun to find the culprit behind the bomb plot, and so far all evidence points to a political fringe group known as the Russian National Front. The RNF has a history of provoking unrest in the Russian population of Cholov, although their leaders have expressed distress at the bombing and have denied any connection to it.

A ceremony will be held on August 10th for the dead government officials and their families in Peter the Great Memorial Park.A

New Ballistic Missile Submarine Class Planned

The Vanguard class, an SSBN in service with the Unionist Navy that will be the basis for the new sub

A Navy spokesperson announced at a press conference today the Navy's intent to begin replacing its Ohio class ballistic missile submarines with a new class of line boats based on a new design. The submarine class, which has yet to receive a name and is referred to as BS17C, is to incorporate many features from the Astute class fleet attack submarine that is currently in production. Features being incorporated will reduce the detectability of the sub down to levels generally associated with specialized attacks subs, greatly increasing survivability. However, the announced design has greatly reduced firepower; the Ohio class that BS17C will replace carries 24 SLBM tubes while BS17C will only carry 16. To compensate, there will be more BS17C boats built than Ohio class boats.

As the BS17C incorporates a large number of design features from the Astute and Vanguard class, the shipyard that manufactures these boats for the Portean and Unionist Navies will be contracted for major construction. The total planned comes out to 38 along as well as 2 training boats for new crews. The massive program was established to replace the aging Ohio class boats and ensure that the FAP's strategic missile fleet is being well maintained. A handful of the Ohio class boats will be preserved and modified as cruise missile subs and special forces support units.

Several hours after the announcement, a group of pacifist protestors assembled outside the Parliament building to protest the sub acquisition. Superlens

A new "superlens" is so powerful that it could help researchers zero in on germs that were too small for microscopes to spot until now, according to a new study from the Helsa Institute.

For centuries, microscopes have helped scientists make major discoveries, such as proving the existence of microbes. However, the physical laws governing light restrict conventional lenses in an important way: They can only focus on items that are no smaller than half the wavelength of the light that is used to see these objects. This means that regular lenses in traditional optical microscopes are limited to examining items that are about 200 nanometers (or billionths of a meter) in size and above — about the size of the smallest known bacteria.

In the past decade or so, researchers have developed so-called "superlenses" that have broken this size limit. However, until now, scientists have had trouble fabricating a superlens that had the right materials and structure to work with visible light. The new superlens consists of millions of spherical beads of titanium dioxide. Each bead, which is only 15 nanometers wide, is applied onto the material that the researcher wants to view. Similar titanium-dioxide nanoparticles are now often found in sunscreen products and white paint.

The size, shape and material that make up these particles, and their position relative to each other, help them work together to act like a lens, magnifying features that have previously been invisible to normal lenses.

"Each sphere bends the light to a high magnitude and splits the light beam, creating millions of individual beams of light," scientist Zhu Wang who is apart of the Institute research team, said in a statement. "It is these tiny light beams which enable us to view previously unseen details."

All in all, this superlens can increase the magnification of existing microscopes by a factor of about five. In experiments, the scientists could produce sharp images of items that are 45 nanometers in size.

"Our superlens can be used to visualize live viruses or germs that were previously invisible," Wang told Live Science. "This would allow researchers to study, for example, the interaction of medicines with live viruses in real time."

The researchers noted that one major advantage of their superlens is that titanium dioxide is cheap and readily available. Another is that the superlens could be applied to whatever the person wants to view, which means that a scientist would not have to buy a new microscope.

The Institute have made available a very limited amount of free prototypes for foreign scientific organisations ,including the only higher education academy partner; The Helghast University for Exemplary Minds (of which a considerable number of Institute members originate from), who are involved with this particular project of the Institute.

Project Talon, or Scharfschützegewhär 1 as it was designated when it was was accepted into service the Nauchrtenfield Ground Forces. The weapon itself is the child between Nauchrtenfield State Technology, Albrita Arms and Tokyo Amory, Operating out of Esgonia and Free Asian Ports respectively. It is a Semi-Automatic Anti-Material rifle chambered in a, for Nauchrtenfield new round; the extremely powerful 15.2x169mm Armour-piercing fin-stabilized discarding-sabot (APFSDS). In the press reveal the Lead-Designer of the Nauchrtenfield State Technology, Department for Experimental Weaponry, Professor Hanzel Otterbäck, who have worked on the prodject as Head of the Nauchrtenfield contingent. Stated that this new weapon will help our troops engage the enemy at ranges where the Scharfschützekarbin 1 and Autmoatsihkarbin 2B would be ineffective.

Furthermore he states that the weapon can and will be used to help dispose ordnance, as well as engage an heavily fortified enemy from a much safer distance than previously possible. Whatever the future relations holds for Nauchrtenfield, the new weapon have been issued for testing at the State Military Complex of Nauchrtenkapitell with frontline deployment expected within a month.

This week, Azens from all over the world, especially from Esgonia, Ratte and many other countries who were allies of Azenyanistan before and today, are returning to Azenyanistan to celebrate with their families and friends at home. IWA Funded Leaders Win Legislature Elections

Earlier this week Several new members of the Helghast Legislative branch have been voted into office. While their campaigns ran smoothly and most were largely unopposed, the uniting force behind these politicians however was that each either supported or was partially funded in their campaign by IWACC suppliers. This includes several weapons and space craft companies with production contracts in the billions of dollars with IWACC.

When polled the public actually voted heavily in favor of those that supported to IWAC more openly. When asked why several stated simply, that the future was obviously with the IWAC forces. As the politicians gain traction, many in favor for a dissolution of Helghast space projects in favor of complete reliance on the IWA for access to the colonies, several people have begun to rejoice in what is being heralded by government officials, as the gateway to Helghan's future.

It is now believed that approximately 64% of the Legislature is strongly supportive of the IWA friendly laws and another 20% are mildly in favor of it. With such a vast majority in favor of extending the Helghast reliance on IWAC many are certain several new bills will be coming down the line soon, one of which may possibly already entering an editing phase.

The possible mentioned above is the IWAC Base Expansion Act. This would Allow the IWA to build several more spaceports and military installations across Helghan with Helghan picking up a large portion of the cost. While there are several who oppose the bill, mostly for it's use of Helghast tax dollars to build these installations, it is possible with the recent shift in Helghast politics that the IWAC Base Expansion Act will become a reality in the near future.

Autarch He's Wife to Be Moves to Auraxis

Princess Lila Stazko recently began moving her personal items to Auraxis. It seems while the Princess and Autarch have yet to officially tie the knot the two have become close and the Princess already has taken up the mantle of being Autarch Scott Esic He's second wife. Interviewed this past Saturday the Princess noted that she still looked forward to her wedding but she could wait as long as her nation needed her to.

With the threat of war with Donnerland still looming, Princess Lila has made herself a figure within the more rural communities in eastern Helghan. Her own wedding having been set to take place in the beautiful resorts at Old Pyrrhus, which is only a few hundred Kilometers from the border with Donnerland. Having been forced to cancel the wedding for the near future Much of the space and funding set aside for the wedding has been diverted to help the displaced people who once lived very close to the border.

In a sense the cancellation of the Princess's wedding has brought life back to a long abandoned city which has only been used as a vacation hotspot for the last hundred years. A section of the city has been renovated and around thirty five hundred people have moved to the location permanently and another forty five hundred now live in the city as temporary refugees.

Island Transfer Looming?

Earlier this week Urran issued a formal request to the Esgonian government regarding Bao Feng Island. The island is the largest in the greater Urranese Island Chain aside from Urran proper. The island has been under Esgonian jurisdiction for decades but the Urranese claim it to be part of Urranese territory based on geological surveys and maps created by Urranese traders in the 1200's.

The Urranese government has stated that the Esgonian and Portean militaries will have continued access to military bases on the island, as well as rights to fish within the island's exclusive economic zone as well as Urranese fisherman.

Camaalbakrusian Inquisition Waning?

After the devastating effects of the Camaalbakrusian Inquisition upon the country's populace hit its peak in the past weeks, the streets of Camaalbakrius are seemingly returning to its relative calmness. Hundreds of thousands of families, still afraid to leave the safety of their own homes,can only hope that this is a sign of the end of the inquisition. Deserted streets and destroyed buildings and homes are all that is left of some towns in the more rural parts of the country.

While this may be a sign of the end of the inquisition, the terrible misfortunes it brought upon the populace cannot be overlooked. A recorded amount of roughly 3,500 people were killed in Braxtonia alone, and even more in other cities. The innocent civilians of Camaalbakrius suffered burnings and hangings at the hands of the inquisition for the sake of "Cleansing the country of Heresy."

The reasons as to why the inquisition is waning after such a short time is unknown. Some possibilities include the idea that the inquisition has been deteriorating due to citizen revolts and small bands of insurgents attacking inquisition personnel. Others speculate that the drastic efficiency of the inquisitors has caused their mission to be over relatively quickly. Either way, the people of Camaalbakrius may be able to step outside once again and return to their daily lives.

New tribes of Azens are forming in neighboring lands of the Grand Libertarian Confederacy of Azenyanistan as the New Advocate as been appointed and as more Azens are returning to their homeland. Several of these tribes are small while only seven other tribes such as Qeelah, Wassadar, Efferi, Rassaana, Tuunalee, Yukkah and Unavvary are growing significantly in number. Even new tribes of Azens are forming all over Ausozera as many Azens have married fellow Ausozerans, mixing Azen blood with the blood of other people. Social scientist Tsekani ur Shamon has said "Studies are still being conducted about the tribes that are emerging all over Ausozera, all over the neighboring lands and all over Azenyanistan herself. Hopefully, this means good news for Azens."

The Azen Confederation of Trade and many other Azen trade groups have formed the Azen Union of Trade and Prosperity. Initially, the AUTP only had 100 plus companies as members of this new group until 150 more joined. This new organization aims to create a richer and better Azenyanistan. Its heads are Eve Saragon and Ayyah, her partner.

After much discussion, the Azen Military is to be renamed the Grand Azen Military or GAM by the Confederacy. With the approval of the Advocacy, GAM would be limited to only the Arch Angels, the Angels, the Rapid Response Operators, the Civil Protection, the Trade Guard, the Capital Guard and the Advocacy Guard. Other military personnel and organizations will either be disbanded or given civilian jobs or status.

The city-states of Nyra which are Nardinoa, Arroyo and so forth wish to announce that after years of work, the tribe of Nyra and her city-states are proud to present to the Confederacy a new fleet of civilian and military ships. For the GAM, 1 new aircraft carrier, 7 amphibious assault ships, 11 cruisers, 7 littoral combat ships, 14 destroyers and 7 submarines have been made. For the rest of the confederacy, 17 cargo ships and 17 passenger ships have been made. Old military and civilian ships are, according to the Nyrans, going to be either put on sale or converted into spare parts.

Eve Saragon and Ayyah are hosting a fundraiser next month in Nardinoa. Azens and foreigners alike are being invited to come and enjoy the fundraiser. The fundraiser would be held at Nardinoa Grand Hotel at 7 PM until 12 MN.

Over 10,000 Witnesses of Jehovah return to Azenyanistan. Many Azens, as many as 700,000, have come to the ports to welcome the Witnesses. A returning Witness said "Now that Azenyanistan is now enjoying a time of peace, I hope I and my brothers and sisters will be able to continue our mission here which is to preach the good news especially to the Azens."

More good news is coming to Azenyanistan as over 700,000 Azens have returned and are still returning by air and sea. Families have reunited and friends are seeing one another again as the first batch of Azens have come home.

Azens and Azulnish have sent several letters to the city-states and to the Advocacy requesting for the confederacy to intervene on their behalf. One significant letter from Rahatiel ur Maxtom, a former Arch Angel and veteran of the Azen Wars who is also an Azulnish, goes as follows:
To the Confederacy of Azenyanistan, to my people, to my sisters the Arch Angels and to my fellow soldiers, I am requesting you, I am begging all of you for your help. We need you to intervene for us. We need your help. As time goes, so does the chaos that is coming and has already come to Donnerland. We will soon be trapped here since not all of us can leave. We are waiting for you. From one of your very own, Rahatiel ur Maxtom.
Meanwhile, Killjoy Flyer, the new commander of the Arch Angels, and Tanyah ur Necmi, the commander of the Angels and of the rest of the Grand Azen Military, have announced that they will have an emergency meeting in Yaneza, with the Advocacy and the representatives of the city-states as well as of the AUTP concerning the matter as soon as possible.

City-states of Azenyanistan especially Yaneza, Arroyo, Azza, Ahrak, Kotobatoa, Sasavan, Rakshan and the rest have called for urgency concerning the matters involving the Azens in DeN and in Donnerland. The Advocacy has already scheduled an emergency meeting with the GAM and the rest of the confederacy as soon as possible.

The Devils Advocate, Aneyt ur Cerviel, has volunteered and has been accepted as the representative of the Grand Libertarian Confederacy of Azenyanistan, to the DeN. The Advocacy has announced that Aneyt ur Cerviel will come to DeN tomorrow by plane. The Advocacy Guard has volunteered also to escort Aneyt to DeN and to protect her should the need arise.

Several Azen private military corporations and their representatives have spoken at Yaneza with The Advocacy. The PMCs have requested the Advocacy for more freedom and less restrictions on them. They have also volunteered to assist the GAM and the Confederacy should the need to intervene in order to evacuate Azens out of the DeN and Donnerland arise but Advocate Tyena has told them that they will have to come back next time and wait for her answer. Firstly, let's take a look at Yaneza. While Yaneza has a low population, it is still the most important city of Azenyanistan. It is also the capital and located there is the main headquarters of the AUTP. Secondly, what about Ahrak? Ahrak is home to so many companies. It is rich and on the seventh day of the seventh month of every year, Azens all over the world come to Ahrak to celebrate and spend their money and trade. There are also many industries in this Nahhan city-state. Thirdly and lastly, Nardinoa has been put on the list by the mayors and chiefs of Azenyanistan as a candidate for being an economic center. This city is one of the most populated, it has the best ports and the GAMs navy is there. Meanwhile, it is home to great admirals, sailors and pirates too historically. It is through Nardinoa that Azenyanistan trades with much of the outside world. While other Nyran cities are available, Nardinoa is the most active city when it comes to trade and sailing. Explosion at the border kills 46, "liberation" group LLF takes responsibility!
Rattean Federal police clear out the border town of Freistedt

At least forty civilians and six soldiers were killed after a car bomb exploded at the country's border with Esgonia, Rattean officials said.
The attack occurred late afternoon Tuesday, at 1800 near the most northern tip of the border and in the border city of Freistedt. which houses about 70,000+ people, was part of a coordinated attack involving multiple vehicles.
Officials told Pretzen Independent Journal that bombs exploded in the Border checkpoint between the Rattean border and the main road's leading towards the checkpoint. One ground has made claim to the attack, the group known as LLF or Lotschen Lotschen Liberation Front is that group. The group apparently made a social media account and have came fourth with this explanation.

"We will not be oppressed anymore! after years of being split up and divided between countries, we the people of Lotschen will rise up and take arms against our masters.Brothers in Esgonia, rise up and join the cause. With more than 10,000 fighters we will Liberate our people and make Lotschen as beautiful as she was before being invaded."-LLF

27 Rattean's died in the explosion, with 3 of those being in the armed forces. the Remaining 17 civilians and 2 soldiers Killed in the explosion were esgonian. 20 still remain in Critical care, and the death toll is expected to rise at least by 5 numbers. The Rattean Government is actively talking with the esgonian government and updating them on the situation.
Officials from the Lotschen State Government have came forth and stated that they have nothing to do with this group and condemn their actions. The Free State of Lotschen will be contributing Intelligence officers to assist with the situation
The attack came two weeks after five Rattean Federal officers were killed in a shootout at a abandoned warehouse near the border between Lotschen and Ratte. Out of the 46 that died in the explosion, 17 civilians and 2 soldiers were esgonian. In response to the recent attacks, the government has ordered 100 soldiers of the reserve into active duty to patrol the low manpower sections of the miles long border.

Raykeys City Launching Shore Reclamation Program

As Raykeys grows the city administration has deigned to begin a construction and works bid in companies specializing in landscaping as well as those specialized construction over water. The bid will open in a month at a city commission meeting and each bidding company will be allowed to give their application for contract.

The City has stated the hopes are to reclaim two 3 km square islands in the harbor and placing a chain of bridges. This project obviously will be very expensive but the city has been preparing for this project since 1975 and have placed massive amount aside in the treasury for it.

Unpopular Mayors

After a poll was conducted by ASSAG today, as much as 85% of the GLCA population has found many of the current mayors of Azenyanistan, more specifically those outside Afghanistan, unpopular. Only 10% approved of the current mayors but the rest abstained. According to Ayhrae ur Kra, she said

"Life in Azenyanistan is going to be more miserable and lacking if these mayors stay in office. They're doing nothing, leaving all the donated aid that our fellow Ausozerans gave to our country to gather dust in the warehouses. They have to be used for something good! We can't just live like this. When the time comes, I and my family are voting them out."

Other Azens have also said the same things about the mayors. And according to Kreiua ur Az

"They're not listening to the Advocate. Not even Aneyt, the Devils Advocate. It's really frustrating and sad. If our mayors cannot cooperate, then how can our country hope to achieve its dreams of a better life for us and a better future for our nation? Fortunately and hopefully, the time is coming to vote them out. Tomorrow, it's the day."

With public opinion in favor of kicking them out, the Azens hope to be finally able to take action in order to fix their country.
