I am aware of the 4 square km limit, but this is a pretty special case. The Nomadic Khanate is more like a fun union in a state of permanent anarchy and war as seen in my RMB posts. It's not actually a country but rather an union of six factions that assures their protection against foreign threats and influence, useful because all six compete along with independents in the Free Lands, a lawless area of lands filled to the brim with resources... only nobody can use them but to a minimum because of the state of anarchy. Also the 4 square km limit should be removed and replaced with a realism check. Russia should be able to be completely formed, but not a super killer Taiwan composed of all of East Asia.
