National Information
The Kingdom of Komneneia is a country located in the Eastern Mediterranean comprising of the territories of Ellas (Greece), Southern Balkans and Asia Minor with several outlying territories in the Indian Ocean (Tartaros Islands and Soukotra). Its capital city is Konstantinoúpolis and its official language is Greek and Latin, with Arabic, Turkish, and Albanian as recognized languages.
Komneneia is established on the principles of Orthodox Christian morals with a strong culture of religious and ethnic tolerance, where Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, Jews and Hellenists can live in perfect harmony, a tradition that dates back during the ancient times. Our nation is also a regional superpower with a strong economy and competent military. Komneneia is also home to many of the world's ancient empires, with many of their glorious buildings monuments and cities still standing today.
Our leader, King Konstantinos XX Komnenos, is a benevolent ruler and a devout Orthodox Christian who selflessly cares for his people. He also believes that establishing diplomatic ties with other nations and maintaining good relations with them should be one of Komneneia's long term goals. As such, the Royal Ministry for Foreign Affairs decided to open the embassy program of the Kingdom of Komneneia.
Embassy Location
All embassies shall be located at our capital Konstantinoúpolis. Nations who wish to establish an embassy here can opt for one of the following districts.
1. Kratopolis
This district is home to many palaces that dates back during the Eastern Roman (Byzantine) times. Today, they serve as museum, luxury hotels, fine restaurants and theatres that showcase our cultural heritage. The place is 10 minutes drive away from our financial center, the Midas' District.
2. Caesaria
This is the place were many of our government offices are located. Many businesses are also located here including numerous jewelry shops, malls and restaurants. This area is also close to Konstantinoúpolis International Airport, a transport hub in the Eastern Mediterranean.
3. Strabo
This district is our capital's "Embassy Drive" due to the large concentration of foreign embassies here. It is close to one of Komneneia's most affluent residential district, Okeanos, which is home to many the country's most wealthy citizens. Also, a 15-minute drive west from Strabo will take you to the city's nightlife area, The Nyx.
4. Pharaoh's Drive
This place is a few minutes drive to Konstantinos district where numerous mosques, synagogues and temples can be found. If you desire for your embassy to be close to a place of worship, we recommend this place.
Consulate Locations

1. Kastra Komnenia
Located in Asia Minor, this city is our former capital. It busy metropolis is home to numerous grand palaces, art museums and the Komnenia Castle, a historical landmark built on the year 1123. Many factories are also located in this city, making it the country's industrial capital.
2. Antiocheia
A thriving Mediterranean seaport city in the southernmost part of Asia Minor, this city is home to a large Arab and Turkish communities, many of them muslims (20% of Antiocheian population, as compared to 2-6% in other cities). As such, the city is famous for its beautiful mosques and Persian style palaces. This city is our center for Islamic art and studies.
3. Thanatopolis
Dubbed as "the gem of the Southern Ocean" by Mughal rulers, this busy metropolis is the prefectural capital of Tartaros Islands, an archipelago south of the Indian subcontinent. Although infamous for the Execution Grounds, this city is very wealthy and a top tourist destination due to its nearly tropical climate, wide variety of flora and fauna nearby, and numerous historical sites that dates back during the time of the Mughal Empire, before its purchase by our predecessors. It is also a busy transport hub, many passenger planes and cargo ships from the Far East, India and Australia converge here before they proceed to Europe, East Africa, the Middle East and vice versa.
