"A Loyalist company by the name of "S'plosions R US" that owns facilities in all major arms manufacturing nations in Markion has lobbied for funding to produce new regionwide weapons to be used as the basis for all militaries in Markon. At this time they are looking for requests and requirements for their new weapons lines. The production will proceed in the following phases:

1. Type of production using the construction triangle. (Good quality, Mass production, Cheap. Can have a max of two, not all three)

2. Requirements (Whatever your nation feels is necessary for the product to be considered fit for your military. Can be anything from max cost to minimum firepower)

3. Decision on how expensive (in Marks) it will be to begin production.

4. Declarations of how much each nation is willing to contribute to the product's production. You can only pay from the amount you spend on industry and must divide this between all the projects that will be attempted. If the required funding is not met the project will be scrapped.

5. Declarations of who is willing to build what in their nation. (plane wings, tank gun, etc.)

6. Creation of a cool name for each product.

7. My own statements on complications in the production process as well as any statements from individual nations on how they deal with complications or *ahem* tamper with the production. (Rostar isn't allowed to install self destructs into all the planes wired to one button in his capital.)

8. Provided the project is successful, whoever purchases the final product.

The projects that will be attempted will be:

-An all-weather, multirole jet fighter
-A battleship
-A main battle tank
-An infantry rifle

I will be the one to explain how this proceeds. Please do not freak out at me if I say your factory burns down."

First we will construct the jet.

YAAARG!!!, the Nedewsilan Military ba all for Cheap Good-Quality Arms for all of Markion. It helps passive (sissy) nations keep a minimal military, and it be helping strong nations (like me) not be overwhelmed with cheap mass-produced garbage or expensive over-produced weaponry that no-one can buy.

YAAARG!!!, we recommend usin' the MRF-01 as out generally used jet. A Nedewsilan made fighter jet based on the F-5 3rd gen light fighter. The planes are still in the making and we need the okay from the Green Union and anyone else interested. This jet is being designed and will be build and sold by (YHHBF Factories Inc.) Yo ho ho and a Booze Fueled Factories Inc.

Here are some stats: (Second Draft / Cheap & Mas produce-able)

Maximum speed: Mach 1.4
Range: 1,300 km
Ferry range: 5,000 km
Max Altitude: 12,000 m
Rate of climb: 175 m/s
Lift-to-drag ratio: 2.5 - 1

Guns: 2× 10 mm Revolver cannons in the nose, 280 rounds/gun
Rockets:
2× MRFR-1 rocket pods (each with 19× /7× 50 mm rockets, respectively); or
Bombs: MRFB unguided bombs (15 kg cluster bomb munitions or, 10 kg napalm bomb canisters or, 5 kg laser-guided bombs.
Other: 6× 1100 litre drop tanks for ferry flight or extended range/loitering time.

The Green Union feels strongly that any fighter aircraft that is to be considered for our air force must be cheap and good quality, so this jet will not work. Of course, a mass producable tin can with wings for a dime a dozen is good for us if we can build it and you can all use it. That's where the money is, after all.

This plane must be east to destroy with The Green Union's current air force and able to be built en-masse in The Green Union for export to other nations.

With the reincarnation of this thread, the first order of business is to develop and manufacture two or more variants of a multirole fighter aircraft for standardized Markion and perhaps GMAN use. The project and fighter will be under the name of F/A-54

There will be two primary models; one two engine fighter with more advanced capabilities and one one engine fighter more tailored towards low cost high performance use.

If it hasn't been noted yet, images for the Saab Gripen and Eurofighter Typhoon will be used in threads as the visuals for the one and two engine variants, respectively.

The following contracts will need to be handed out for each fighter:

Fuselage

Wings

Tail

Landing Gear

Engine/Powerplant

Electronics

Weapons systems

Note that these contracts can be handed out to private or government companies, or the government itself. Also, each of these contracts can be broken up further (i.e. Wings-Control surfaces)
