The Jarra'dine of Pohan-Vor invented pizza on the planet of Terra Magna, and so they tend to have pizza with the following toppings: venison, lamb, fish, peppers, onions and cheese shreddings; all on the top of cheese sauce, and wheat pizza dough that may or may not be seasoned.

There are other things of course, like tacos and burritos and simpler things, but they are not as popular as the renown delicacy that is Jarra'dinite Pizza.

Postby Caragandy » Sun Nov 29, 2015 8:44 pm

During the earlier years of Caragandy, people lived along the coastlines, on the ocean and on land. While they were aware of each others' existence, the people on the coast, sea and land developed a culture distinct from each other. As a result, what people in Caragandy have for breakfast varies. In aquatic areas of Caragandy, seafood makes up most of the Caragan diet in breakfast. Aquatic cuisine is very plain, simple and bland compared to the coastal and terrestrial cuisines of Caragandy. Popular meals vary from grilled fish to baked salmon. Coastal peoples' breakfasts compose mostly of fruits. From fruits to zucchinis, their food is slightly less creative than aquatic cuisine but more 'colourful' and healthy as they only eat fruit salads, pies and smoothies for breakfast. Terrestrial cuisine consists mostly of meat.

People living in urban areas have a much much more fluid and creative diet than the rural coastal, oceanic and terrestrial peoples combined. They don't just eat one side of the food pyramid, they eat anything from chocolate to cakes to bread to even feces and grasshoppers!

The Duke usually has trout porridge with lemon, several bisquts, an egg, and cherries with several cups of tea or milk. Most members of the Duke's Council has the same but some have buttered toast, grapes, honey, and milk. The high class has porridge, bacon, watermelon, half of a waffle, toast and honey, hash browns, and tea or milk. The middle class has eggs on toast and tea or milk. And the low class has scraps from trash bins/cans or food from charity and religious groups.

Most people in suburban Ligaogiv have at least three chickens, so egg is a major staple of Ligaogiv breakfast. Other than that, pumpkin, sunflower seeds and citrus fruits can make up a decent part of breakfast.
In urban regions, many people have similar breakfast, though it is not uncommon to have yoghurt and berries for breakfast - specifically, Greek or sweetened-Greek yoghurt. Honey is sometimes mixed into it.

Two popular breakfast dishes are Δeoswizeoțkjef and Kuiʃatdaol.

Δeoswizeoțkjef:
Usually, a hollowed baby pumpkin (a species native to Ligaogiv), containing a specially-made yoghurt made with various seeds and nuts, as well as honey and (occasionally) berries. It is a communal breakfast, and can be served in larger pumpkins too if catering for many people. The good thing with baby pumpkins is that they are very easy to grow, as well as having very quick growing speeds. One can mature in as little as three weeks, and there are multiple on a plant. It is popular in most regions.

Kuiʃatdaol:
Nicknamed the 'Provincial Breakfast', this meal is a savoury alternative to Δeoswizeoțkjef. It can be similar to an omelette or a quiche, depending what part of the nation you come from. It contains eggs, as well as various seeds and nuts. Some chefs have made sweet versions, said to be similar to a flan or tart, which have included berries, dates or milk, depending again on the region.

Also, popular breakfast beverages include Ligaogiva Lemonade, or Ʃwegʒaovas.

Ʃwegʒaovas:
Though named 'lemonade', it is actually made of many citrus fruits, such as oranges, limes and lemons. It is generally sour to the taste, and quite acidic. Often sweetened, however, it has made its way into popular culture, and is sold at markets and stalls around the country. Tourists are likely to have tried the sweetened version, sweetened with honey or sugar (again, depending on region), but hard-core Ʃwegʒaovas drinkers participate in competitions, where increasing levels of acidity, sourness and bitterness are drunk, with the last person standing, usually only one or two people, declared the "Lemonade Ruler". If a man and a woman both win the contest, sometimes a mock marriage ceremony is performed, and Ligaogivians will drink and party through the night. However, they generally do this anyway at these events, so it's not unusual.
