The typical Sidh breakfast (or any other meal of the day) is rather bland and Spartan, focused on nutrition rather than taste. A typical morning meal can contain synthetic algae-based nutrient bars with the necessary fibers, vitamins and minerals, a few slices of biotech meat (more often than not substituted by a flavoured synthetic protein paste to go with the bars), a glass of synth-yogurt enriched with genetically-engineered gut bacteria and immuno-boosting nanites, and maybe some fruit juice, which is the only natural part of the meal.

Quite a few of these foodstuffs are engineered specifically for Sidh physiology and metabolism, and would cause quite unpleasant side effects, i.e., stomach cramps and diarrhea, in unaugmented humans.

Ranking Sidhae can afford to eat all-natural foods for breakfast, but usually don't, both because the synthetic substitutes are more efficient at providing for the considerable Sidh nutritional needs, and because habitually doing so could be perceived as excessive luxury by others. Practicality is the primary concern, though - depending on the extent of one's augmentation, a Sidh can require two to five times the daily nutritional intake of an ordinary human in order to power one's many augmentations that grant Sidhae their superhuman strength, resilience and speed. Hence, typical Sidh foodstuffs are engineered for maximum concentration of nutrients rather than palatability.

As some humans have aptly put it, "Sidh food tastes like dog shit with some cat puke, and grows hair on one's chest regardless of sex." While originally referring to the (allegedly) notoriously-unpalatable Imperial military MREs and obviously an exaggeration, it pretty accurately characterizes typical Sidh food as focused on functionality rather than palatability.
Freedom doesn't mean being able to do as one please, but rather not to do as one doesn't please.

A fool sees religion as the truth. A smart man sees religion as a lie. A ruler sees religion as a useful tool.

Peyian culture does not have specific foods for breakfast, but most people eat bread and soup. As with any Peyian meal, coffee and tea are commonly seen. Most resturants will serve fish and fruit in the morning.

Cereal. Or, if they're feeling in the mood, toast. Or, on special occasions, eggs. Sometimes we even add bacon.

Complemented by the obligatory cup of strong, brick-coloured tea.

Continental breakfast, yoghurts, müesli, breads. Hard cheeses or cold cuts.
The British style of breakfast is increasing in popularity amongst some of the nation, particularly due to the Scottish groups who came here after the Jacobite rebellions.

Alcohol. In fact, the term "Irish breakfast" has been supplanted by "Penguin Breakfast".

Pastries to soak up some of that booze, too. Especially the Cinnamon Overlord, or cinolo. It is a thick breaded crossed bun with cinnamon on top and cinnamon and vanilla paste inside. It's usually shaped like a ship, specifically Roald Amundsen's ship, the Fram, earning it the nickname "Fram-pan" . Fram-pan with fish paste exists, too. Penguins love the krill ones.

It depends on the class. Slaves typically receive a piece of bread and water per day, peasants usually have toast, water, and sometimes eggs and/or milk, soldier's rations consist of beans, a piece of bread, and water, and high ranking officials and the Emperor have extravagant feasts.

Coffee and cigarettes.

Then perhaps a small baked item from a street vendor on the way to work.

This of course depends on the wealth of the individual.
Usually it consists of cheap products like eggs, some common grain product such as rice or bread, and occasionally a dairy product of some sort. For the more well off, or special occasions, it may also include berries, jams, or uncommon fruits.

Usually Bravursters [a special kind of wiener filled with a mix of minced fish and turkey], eggs, yogurt and black bread. In Southwest Bravura Colonia, where mostly Braganes live, it's usually pork, goat cheese and a special bread called 'redgrainer' [it's made out of barley and corn flour, and made into a horseshoe form].

A typical Asukaian breakfast consists of steamed rice, eggs in various forms such as tamagoyaki or cracked over the rice, miso soup, fish of some sort, and natto among those who can stomach it.

Pokopokans — due to their mostly primitive and subsistence farming/hunter and gatherer societies — often have anything that is edible and is laying around when they arise from sleep for breakfast. The most luxurious of breakfasts are usually having leftover meat from slayed wildlife for dinner.

Common Yuganese breakfasts consist of French toast, scrambled eggs, garlic roll s, and ice tea.

In East Yuganesia however, a lot of people prefer pancakes and sausage biscuits in the morning.

It depends on their social class. The top 1% typically eat the most succulent fruits and meats (raw and soaked in a mixture of blood, wine, and spices) and drink a mixture of human milk, the drug of their choice, and trace amounts of snake venom. The bottom free 99% typically eat a hearty bread made from a grain and egg mix dipped in a mix of butter and common fruit pulp and drink goats milk laced with small amounts of their drug of choice and and a poison of some kind. The majority slave population are fed a simple gruel made from water and the scraps from their owner's table of the previous day and given a drink similar to ancient egyptian beer but with sedatives and/or soporifics included to keep them docile.
