Delkora has a single-payer healthcare system that ensures all citizens have access to care. All hospitals in the Kingdom are operated by the government, and all doctors and nurses are employees of the Ministry of Health. Aside from basic care, all citizens have access to free preventative care, including yearly physicals, mammograms, and blood tests, among other things.

Well funded universal healthcare paid for via taxes

Private hospitals are also avaivable as well as what we call ''practising doctors'' who are private individuals who are paid by the state to set up minor doctorates in small cities

Since 1989, healthcare has been funded by a dual system, with taxation covering long-term costs and subsidising poorer citizens, while a system of compulsory private health insurance covers short-term costs. The insurance industry is subject to regulation; companies must charge equally for patients regardless of age, gender and health conditions and they are barred from refusing or dropping coverage. A risk pool redistributes the money to fund the coverage of high-risk patients. Health insurance is compulsory for anyone residing in the country for more than three months, with the sole exemptions being given to embassy staff and their families. See here for more info

The Imperial Care Act of 2024* was passed by the government of Prime Minister David Vasseur on September 26th, 2024, and is a fully universal 'free' - i.e. you pay for it in your annual taxes - healthcare system. All private providers are planned to be phased out by 2030.

The United Islands of the Fujisawan Territories utilizes a market cap healthcare system. This allows the federal government to place limits on the maximum that healthcare suppliers and providers can charge consumers for every medical product and service on the market. For example, a pair of crutches is currently capped at $12 USD and no patient can be charged more than that by any healthcare provider. Currently, emergency ambulance transportation is capped at $500 USD per trip, and a medical evacuation by helicopter is capped at $7,000 USD. Pharmaceutical medication is capped at .50 per pill, regardless of what the medication is. At the end of every year, the cap on every item is adjusted considering current economic circumstances.

The Long Term Hospitalization Act of 2024 mandates that all emergency room visits are free of charge to the patient regardless of the final disposition of the case, and that a patient may only be billed for the first seven days of hospitalization. If a patient requires more than a week of hospitalization, it is free of charge to the patient with the costs paid for by federal tax revenue.

The Low Income Medical Debt Forgiveness Act allows patients with outstanding medical bills and an inability to pay to have their debt forgiven or their payments reduced to what they are able to afford through a federal program funded by tax revenue.

Auzkhia has a multi-payer universal health care system. Predecessors date back to the 1880s, Auzkhia's healthcare system is one of the oldest. Everyone must have insurance, usually provided by the government, usually state governments. Though only the wealthy, those with at least 50,000 Kr yearly regular income can opt out and purchase private insurance or pay out of pocket. It is both publicly and privately funded. A notable feature is the 'sickness funds' that come from payroll taxes paid by employers and employees, and also function as the physicians' salaries. Copays for medications are very cheap.

Healthcare is divided into two sections both are public

Gold Section: Gold section healthcare facilities provide the best care in the nation hires the best and bright pest doctors and medical staff builds the best equipment and buildings everything that's the best is what gold section stands for. Some GS facilities have heated indoor pools, golf courses, fine dining, Stand alone Luxurious Recovery rooms with 24 hour gated security.
Requirements for GS admission:
Have at least 10million NSD in bank account, or be filthy rich all members of the council of judges and their immediate family have permanent placement in GS facilities.
Average cost per night: $100,000
Copper Care: Copper Care is for the "normals" of the nation the provide average care with not so great stuff, and they get the medical staff that are not very good or well known. CC facilities have standard rooms with cheap meals and some accomidations like a special house where families care stay a couple nights free of charge. People who make below $50,000 are considard in poverty they get a basic Copper Care package titled Bronze care which dictates which hospitals, doctors, medicines, surgeries, you can get which is the same as the Copper Care. Anyone who is homeless or makes below $25,000 do not get healthcare

Healthcare here is free and universal. All health related options are free, including physical,mental or otheriwise treatment. The Roys II Healthcare Act (1976) mandated that all healthcare is free and universal. Since then, citizens pay an increased amount of tax to fund the free healthcare. Skyviolian pharmaceutical companies are known to grow to nations with no universal free healthcare and building hospitals where people may receive pharmaceutical treatment for free.
A brief history: When Roys II, President of Skyviolia came down with diabetes, he was shocked with all the national debt and privatizations of healthcare. Roys, like others in his Conservative Party, battled for free heatlcare. Finally, The Roys II Healthcare Act was signed into act and all citizens, migrants, and even tourists had the right to the nations healthcare. Unfortunately Roys died before he could see his dream come true from Pancreatic Cancer.
Free Healthcare covers all peoples. From the Dirt Poor to the Swanky Rich. The Roys II Healthcare Act also covered migrants and tourist, before 1976, only citizens had the right to very expensive and wasteful healthcare, but when the act was established, all people had the right to the nations free healthcare.

Free Healthcare covers all levels of heath, here are just a few examples,
* Pediatric Health/Check Ups
* Doctor Checkups
* Surgery
* Cancer Treatment
* Vaccines
* Medical Pharmaceuticals
* Medicinal Marijuana and other Medicinal Drugs

The Skyviolian Healthcare system also provides other non-hospital/medical amenities and benefits, The healthcare system also covers (non health and non pharmaceutical amenities health and well being are also free),
* Comfortable Housing, Clothing and Meals for victims families.
* Health Education
* Victim Benefits
* Support and Counseling.

Since September 21, 1956, the People's Republic of Zhouran has a publicly funded healthcare system, provided by a network of primary, secondary, and tertiary healthcare facilities owned and operated by the Ministry of Health. Healthcare in the nation is universal.

The government of the People's Republic of Zhouran ensures affordability through mandatory savings. The healthcare system uses mandatory savings from payroll deductions to provide subsidies within a nationalized universal health care insurance plan known as the National Universal Medical Service, which was established on September 24, 1956. Within the NUMS, each citizen acquires funds that are individually tracked, and such funds can be combined within and across an entire extended family.

With a highly efficient world-class healthcare system, as well as access to a vast array of sophisticated medical technologies, Zhouran's healthcare is regarded to be one of the best in the world. People from across East and Southeast Asia, as well as the United States, would tend to come to Zhouran for treatment.

Healthcare is split between a dual-payer public system and a mixed private system. Health insurance is also a mix between private and public. Public health insurance is based on Social Security payments which are contributed by the policy holder, their employer and the government. Private health insurance is a standard, single payer setup where the policy holder is responsible for putting money into their plan.

The public healthcare system is largely funded by the budget given to the Ministry of Public Healthcare as well as payments made under both private and public insurance plans, with a ratio of roughly 60/40 respectively. The system itself is divided between public hospitals, health centers and health clinics.

Public hospitals are the major points of treatment in the public and private health systems and are largely responsible for general medical treatment. There are also a system of specialist hospitals, especially for children. Health centers, popularly known as "day hospitals", are the most common of the types of medical facilities that operate in Costa Fiero. Unlike hospitals, health centers operate during normal "business hours" and generally admit patients whose total length of hospitalization is less than 24 hours. Health centers can perform basic surgeries but cannot admit emergency patients or complicated surgeries. Health clinics are also very common around the country and can be considered a hybrid between a doctor's office and a miniature hospital. Most health clinics, however, operate in areas that do not have other medical facilities and often operate in areas with low population density. They can carry out minor surgeries as well as administer general healthcare treatments.

Emergency medical services are provided through multiple providers operating at the national, provincial and even the departmental level, with cities often providing ambulances and paramedics through the city's hospital. One of the interesting aspects of the system is that individual cities can contract out emergency medical services to the government or to provincially provides services, private companies or even run services themselves.

Private healthcare largely consists of private general practitioners, medical specialists and doctors, although a number of private hospitals and other medical facilities can be found nationwide. Charities also provide a substantial amount of health services to remote or isolated communities as well as in very impoverished areas.

The Penguin Union Nation has a comprehensive healthcare plan supported by the immense wealth of the central government and its initial investors. So in a way it can be considered both public sector and private sector. Premiums are low, doctor choices are high. Taxes to fund some of the options can be a bit steep, however.

Health Care is private but Government subsidized. Treatment its self is free but healthcare costs an additional 150 ounces (an ounce is worth $0.95, it basically our one dollar, plus it weighs an ounce) in taxes. Hospitals are still patrolled by armed soldiers after the zombie apocalypse and healthcare in general is under the watchful eye of the government.

We practice something called the free market. Federation laws prohibit employers from offering health insurance and prohibit the health insurance industry from selling non-catastrophic plans. These laws keep the price of health care down by keeping doctors and patients in control of health care. Hence, there has never been much support for health care socialism, even in Republics that are inclined toward socialist ideas. The system just works and keeps care affordable for almost everybody. While the poor can't afford to pay, many doctors are willing to see them at no cost.
