It is with great pleasure, on behalf of His Majesty King Leopold, to announce that the Kingdom of Brandenburg and Saxony has established it's Diplomatic Affair's Office (DAO). With the establishment of this Office, we are welcoming applications from Nations, Regions and International Organisations to submit an application to the DAO to establish a Diplomatic Mission in our Nations Capital.

We welcome applications for Embassies and Consulates. Embassies will be located within our Diplomatische-Stadt ("Diplomatic City") a purpose built area in the center of the city, adjacent to the Parliamentary Circle. Consulates will be able to be established in our major economical and financial areas, these include: Potsdam, Cottbus, Berlin (SAR), Halle, Dresden, Leipzig and Chemnitz.

Summary of Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 2015

Security

Responsibility for the security of Chanceries within the Diplomatic Zone lies with the Branden-Saxon Federal Police's Diplomatic Protection Division. As such, this will mean, any Security Services employed by the Mission will be limited to immediate close personal protection of the Ambassador or Consul-General.

Extraterritoriality

The Government of Brandenburg and Saxony, in accordance with the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 2015, does not recognise that the grounds on which the representative nation's chancery is located as it's sovereign territory. However, with the exception of the Diplomatic Protection Division, Branden-Saxon Authority (i.e State Police, Military Police, Federal Police or the like) cannot enter the grounds of the Chancery or applicable Residencies without A) The express permission from the Head of Mission or his immediate next in command, or B) by common writ issued by a Federal Supreme Court Judge.

Traffic Laws

While Government of Brandenburg and Saxony respects the right of Diplomatic Immunity, we do not respect the right of individuals who flout our laws in regards to speeding, drink/drug driving, mobile phone use, or dangerous driving.

As Embassies and equivalent Diplomatic Missions are housed in Chanceries made available by the Diplomatic Affairs Office, a list of available Chanceries are available Here. Refer to this list when you are selecting the location for your Diplomatic Mission in your application.

This missive bears to you the message of our Rt. Honourable Minister of Foreign and Maredoratica Affairs, Mr. Léo Schwechlen. In the light of recent events in the country, need to exchange diplomatic missions with select nations has arouse. Her Majesty's Government wishes to send a full fledged diplomatic mission to the Kingdom of Brandenburg and Saxony comprising 4 security staff, 10 diplomatic staff and 6 service staff with the aim of corroborating bilateral ties and representing the monarchy in the aforementioned sovereign state.

By the power vested in me, I appoint Mme. Monika Reinhard as the head of the soon to be formed Mizia diplomatic mission to Brandenburg and Saxony who shall henceforth be referred to as Ambassador Rt. Honourable Mme. Monika Reinhard who, I hope, shall discharge her duties well and maintain positive and immortal relations with the Kingdom. The other diplomatic staff shall comprise various Attaches and First Officers who shall be appointed in the due course of time.

Your Government, hereby willing to establish its own diplomatic mission in Mizialand shall be able to do so by posting an application at the website of Her Majesty's Ministry of Foreign and Maredoratica Affairs.

Enclosed you will find the complete Embassy application with all details that are required and necessary for the establishment of a Mizia Diplomatic Mission. With this application, the Pracib nation and it's leading branch of the Royal House are seeking a closer relationship in regards to the current one. As two monarchies, the Pracib nation and royal house feels that it is important to maintain proper relations between each other. Far too often, we see monarchies being abolished or otherwise removed for far lesser, less-efficient and otherwise less government types such as the, often horrid, abomination that they dare to call democracy. While we, the Pracib people, are certainly not adverse towards democracy and giving power to the people, we believe that such power can be much stronger when combined with a representative of it's people, a representation of the Pracib nation, a sign of it's unity. Within the framework of Praciba, the Pracib people and the Pracib language, this has been done through the importance of the royal family, a trend that we hope saw similar signs within Brandenburg and Saxony.
