- Anything that can't be proven to be true. We have very strict truth in broadcasting laws, which also make hate speech and defamation on public broadcasts illegal.
- Classified information.
- Enemy propaganda during a war.
- Conveying information that can directly assist in a crime.
- Inciting crimes.

The real question in regards to this in our nation is what can you say:

Pretty much if it's not state-approved propaganda or doesn't glorify the state in some way, you can't say it on the radio.

Most Chadtonian radio stations pre-record the audio before airing and have on staff a Federal Council Requirement Consultant who are surprisingly efficient at making sure the program meets the approval status. Since 1990 A.D. all Chadtonian radio stations have been regulated by the Federal Council Radio Committee. The Federal Council policies are basically uniform across all radio stations. Only official Government stations are periodically allowed to deviate from the direct approval of The Federal Council.

Here are typical illustrations not permitted on the radio:

1.Profanity
2. Any reference to human nudity.
3. Presenting the Federal Council as "evil", "bad", or "immoral".
4. Any reference to overthrowing the government.
5. Any mention of dislike or non-approval of the Chadtonian military.

*There may also be additional requirements/restrictions for a particular station in which case said radio station must ask their consultant for a Federal Council list of requirements/restrictions.

Rather than write 10 paragraphs detailing banned material, we will take the lazy way out. It's basically like in the quoted nation, with the exception that breaking local news can usually be reported with a neutral slant.

Of course, radio stations can pick up the full version of what's allowed and what isn't by downloading the manual from the Bureau of Propaganda, which also clears all prospective broadcasts before they hit the air.

None of those.

We only have stuff that can be said on radio.
This nation is written from the point of view of a high-ranking bureaucrat, who, for the sake of personal safety, prefers to remain anonymous. Nation is set in 1975 after a German victory in WWII.
