Religious freedom is considered as one of stated principle in national living, as recognised in Constitution.
All are equally protected and treated as beliefs, however the State shows Its distance in the rude behaviour as neutral, so following Frech bill of laicite' of the State, rather than including all faiths (as in Federal Germany, Republican Italy) as possible.

While the elite of the State and cultured-aligning cetus is attached and imposes this statement at whole Nation, for historical reasons this has found at begin rich doses of opposition from reactionaries and clericals, among some popular classes and past dirigent classes. This was used as ideological instrument from insurgents, against unitarian State and colonials, and both in rebellion and legislation this contest has lead to arrests of Clergys and nazionalization of various "religious" properties, in a Countriside where most local regimes divided administration with conservative religious structure.

It s undoubtfull the elite of the State, politics and beaurocrats are part of Masonry.

Religious freedom is so granted, and the right to each own education, as school and hospital religious benefits, while State institutions and Public School in particoular are fierce of their strict outing religion, favouring the "civil religion of liberties" as sign of National and Colonial union.

There is no "guarantee" of religious freedom in Fatatatutti, nor is there any need. Our justice system is harm-based, so if somebody's actions harm you, whether by infringing on your religious freedom or by hitting you with a stick, you can seek compensation.

Is there guaranteed religious freedom in your nation?: In a manner of speaking.
If there is, how is it guaranteed? Is delineated in your nation's constitution? It is not guaranteed by legislature but rather by common decency.
If it is, what is the wording? N/A/
If there isn't guaranteed religious freedom, is there partial religious freedom or none at all? Defacto religious freedom is recognized, you are free to practice whatever religion you desire so long as it does not bring direct harm to yourself or others (i.e. no death cults), it however is not codified in Law as it has never been deemed necessary as there is no 'state' religion.
If there is partial religious freedom in your nation, how is it codified? N/A/

Is there guaranteed religious freedom in your nation? Yes
If there is, how is it guaranteed? Is delineated in your nation's constitution? It is in our constitution, civil code, and declaration of unalienable rights.
If it is, what is the wording?
  • Religion should not be prohibited unless harm is to come to its follower, other non-adherents, and animals. That being said religion has no place in government and any attempt to create a national religion or to base law of the beliefs of one system is hereby banned under penalty of treason.
  • Discrimination based on religion is strictly prohibited. No law can prevent adherence to religion except to protect individual persons, the nation, or animals. Persons and businesses must attempt to accommodate all religions before refusal based on religion.
  • Beliefs are a part of the human life and as such cannot be hindered except in the interest of community. [Implied that belief systems of mythology/religion are covered under this.]
If there is partial religious freedom in your nation, how is it codified? Promotion of murder, suicide, animal sacrifice, and harm to the nation are generally not protected under law. Halal slaughtering of animals is exempted as is all other dietary aspects of religion because food is necessary for survival. Cults that practice mass suicide and other religions like that are not protected and are usually broken up. A group who uses venom from creatures would not be protected either.

Is there guaranteed religious freedom in your nation? In a sense...
If there is, how is it guaranteed? Is delineated in your nation's constitution? Yes
If it is, what is the wording?
The Brothers and Sisters of the Brotherhood of Darkness may follow any religion they wish. It is none of the Beast's concern who they serve. He only commands that whichever religion they follow, all Brothers and Sisters worship only the God, Gods or Demons of Murder and Thievery.

If there isn't guaranteed religious freedom, is there partial religious freedom or none at all? I suppose this would be more accurate..
If there is partial religious freedom in your nation, how is it codified? See above.

Is there guaranteed religious freedom in your nation?: Yes
If there is, how is it guaranteed? Is delineated in your nation's constitution?: It's in the Acts of Democracy (Corunia's (and later Mironor's) constitution since 1822)
If it is, what is the wording?: There are 2 articles that guarantee religious freedom:
  • "The government shall not have an official religion, nor shall it base its laws on any religion's sacred texts." ~ Article VII of the 1st Act of Democracy
  • "The government shall not abridge any individual's freedom of religion, or freedom from religion, unless said individual violates the civil rights of other individuals in the name of their religion." ~ Article II of the 2nd Act of Democracy

Everything that isn't explicitly banned is allowed, therefore all religions that don't break any of these rules are by extension allowed as well. Only a few things are outright banned, and the ban on fireworks has been disputed for some time.
Carl Sagan, astrophysicist and atheist wrote:"Science is not only compatible with spirituality; it is a profound source of spirituality.
When we recognize our place in an immensity of light-years and in the passage of ages,
when we grasp the intricacy, beauty, and subtlety of life, then that soaring feeling,
that sense of elation and humility combined, is surely spiritual...
The notion that science and spirituality are somehow mutually exclusive does a disservice to both."

Is there guaranteed religious freedom in your nation?
Under the Constitution of 1972 all people whom step foot on Nakambian soil are allowed the right to practice their religion freely. In practice however this applies to most everyone except muslims who ever since the rise in Islamicly based radical conflict throughout the continent have seen several of their freedoms indirectly redacted as a result of anti-terror laws.
If there is, how is it guaranteed? Is delineated in your nation's constitution?
Yes it is as stated above
If it is, what is the wording?
The Kingdom of Nakambi grants all people who stand on our soil the right to practice their faith openly and freely without fear of reprisal.
If there isn't guaranteed religious freedom, is there partial religious freedom or none at all?
Religious freedom is guaranteed but as stated before Muslims in the country tend to see redacted freedoms as indirect results of anti-terror laws. For instance Muslim women in many provinces can not wear their traditional head scarf or any verbatim of it in public. Some provinces restrict the rights of Muslims to own a guns, and in some cities owns of private establishments can refuse service to Muslims. This de facto discrimination does not spread to other religious minorities however.
If there is partial religious freedom in your nation, how is it codified?
N/A

Our federal government allows religious freedom. But some of our regional governments banned all nonstate sponsored churches. Our constitution gives rights to the kingdoms (providence) if not clearly given to the federal government.

The right to believe in whatever one wishes to believe in is indeed a right guaranteed in the constitution of Singulus. Freedom of religion in Singulus consists of the right to believe in whatever one wants to believe in, teach one's beliefs to other people, express one's beliefs however one wishes, found communities with a certain belief system, speak of one's beliefs openly and associate with whatever community of believers or whoever with the same belief system, as long as the said activities do not infringe on the right of a fellow person to do the same. As you can see, religious freedom in Singulus is intertwined with other freedoms. Religious freedom is maximal in Singulus, considering that it is not a state which would regulate it.

We discovered that dealing with religion is entirely too tedious and troublesome, so we banned all religions.

Now, you may think it's not fair, but in actuality, things couldn't be better! No one is being killed over perceived "honor", no crazed protesters telling a ten-year-old rape victim she can't have an abortion, no silly modesty rules for women, no circumcision (men and women), and the incidents of violence has been halved! Secularity was by far one of the best things to ever happen to Vudnia. Sure, there are whiners, but a few classes in Logic and critical thinking usually snap them out of it.

In the Republic of Jesus Christ, there is religious freedom. The national religion is Christianity but people are free to worship any deity they please and erect non-Christian religious structures and posters. This right is guaranteed in the constitution. However, there is no separation of church and state and the source of authority and guidance comes from the Bible and God Himself. Public schools openly display the Ten Commandments, the Bible, pictures of Jesus, and the cross. Teachers can openly talk about their relationship with Christ to other students and they can lead prayers. The same goes with the governmwnt and representatives from almost Christian denomination are present in the government.
