This nation was formerly under the leadership of a council of scientists and military leaders following the ideals of Gihren Zabi. They were convinced to "retire' by one of their creations, Nerhig Ibaz. He assumed the title of admiral and asserts total dominance.

Parties in Parliament

Green Party
Seats in Parliament: 78/200
The Green Party has held power for the past 20 years and traditionally have conservationist policies to maintain the environment and social justice, the traditional values of many Beaverriverites.

Conservative Party
Seats in Parliament: 65/200
The Conservative Party has experienced recent success in parliament despite prejudices from some Beaverriverites for their support of a limited welfare state and free market economics. They tend to draw support from the more religious and agricultural areas such as the state of Bunnifon.

Liberal Party
Seats in Parliament: 37/200
The Liberal Party's popularity has fallen since the rise of the Conservative party. The party promotes regulated capitalism while supporting social reforms and welfare programs such as anti-hunger programs.

Partido de Liberdade
A socially left-leaning party but economically right leaning as-well. They are all about civil rights and freedoms, up to a point (Guns and such being an exception) and also wish to have a very free market (Except with education and schooling being an exception.) They are also for the legalisation of weed and other narcotics. They have also recently become very concerned with the environment and have made several business regulation laws.

Seats in the House of the Wreath - 1574 (Majority government)

Partido Socialista
A very left leaning overall party, who believe firmly in the views of Karl Marx and wish to have a socialist paradise for True Christopia. They wish to restrict freedoms and have more surveillance in order to keep the population safe, and to nationalise all businesses in order to make sure that all workers gain an equal pay. They are very protectionist.

Seats in the House of the Wreath - 321.

Nacionalista Frente
A very right leaning overall party, who believe that the Christian and Muslim population of True Christopia are a scourge to the nation and need to be deported and/or imprisoned for labour uses (The main religion in True Christopia is Diverist, a helenic type of religion.). They also firmly believe in military armament and 'making True Christopia great again!'

Seats in the House of the Wreath - 100

Partido Conservador Oriental
A party that follows the ideas of Conservatism that was founded in the East (europe), they are right economically and slightly right socially. This party is much like Partido de Liberdade, except they have several differences socially for example they are against the legalisation of weed and other narcotics and are pro gun user ship. They also want a privatised healthcare system, which has made them rather unpopular in the last election.

Seats in the House of the Wreath - 1005

At present, there are three main parties.

The Conservative Party:
Also known as Tories, the Conservatives have traditionally been the party of the nobility. Their main aims are to defend Albrionn's ancient traditions (sometimes including her environment), and to check the growing power of the bourgeoisie. Lately they have been playing up the Noblesse Oblige angle by promising to protect the humble peas- er, working class from the rapacious bourgeois. They tend to be moderate on a lot of issues, although they try to keep government spending down.

The Liberal Party:
Also known as Whigs, the Liberals are the party of the middle class. They are strongly in favour of progress and free markets. They generally take a hands-off approach to the economy and society, but they have been known to embark on grandiose public works projects from time to time. Following the rise of the DSP, the Liberals have taken a more populist attitude in order to attract more lower class voters.

The Democratic Socialist Party:
Formerly the Workers' Party, the DSP was founded shortly after the Second Voting Reform Act gave the vote to all adult men regardless of wealth or property. Since then, they've kept the Whigs and the Tories on their toes. Although they have rarely formed a government, the threat they pose has (ironically) forced the Liberals and Conservatives to adopt more pro-labour policies in order to sway the working class vote. The Dem Socs support workers' rights and equality and respect for all, as well as tighter regulation of the economy.

Lenin Unionists:

Advocate for keeping the government as is.

Socialists:

Advocate for increased fines and the institution of jail time for journalists and citizens if found guilty of insulting the government and want a complete shift to a Mao-like socialist state.

Capitalist Party: The largest political party in Coolidge-Eisenhower (representing 4 out of 7 seats on the national council), members believe in low taxes, business deregulation, free trade, and free enterprise. They also believe in strong social freedoms -- such as LGBT rights, immigration freedom, and secularism.

Liberal Party: With two seats in the national council, this party represents a socially liberal platform. Planks include universal health insurance, fair trade, environmental regulations, etc.

National Party: With only one seat in the national council, this party combines the economic policies of the capitalists with conservative social policies. They heavily oppose LGBT rights, abortion rights, and laws contrary to Christian (specifically Roman Catholic) values.

Reform Party: While this party holds no seats on the national council, it does have a hold on the Attorney General's office. It represents the center of the political spectrum, with a focus on an international foreign policy and strict interpretation of the constitution.

Non-Partisan: Non-partisan politicians are unaffiliated with any of the above groups, and examples include the current President, Vice President, Clerk, and most secretaries.

Current seats in the Government

Motto(s): “Fatherland, Freedom, Sonacism”, "Liberty, Equality, Fraternity"
The National Sonacist Workers' Party (also known as the National Sonacist Party(NSP)): Founded by many former Ultra-Progressives and some Liberal Republicans, the party mimics many ideas of the former Ultra-Progressive Party. Founded as a "Social Party of Radical Patriots". Adhering to a unique form of Socialist-Nationalist politics. The party follows the ideology created by the party founder, Constantine Maxovich, known as National Sonacism. It was formerly the largest party in the Government, the leading party of the ruling "National Union for Social Justice" coalition. It is currently the only legally permitted and politically recognized party in the government, since it's coup and arrest of other party leaders on charges of treason five years ago has turned NRR into a single party state based on the ideology of the National Sonacism. Critics and those opposed to the Party have accused it of "Fascism" and/or "Communism". Party members consider such accusations to be "grossly ignorant" and false. Instead, the party identifies their adherence to Statism, their Republican and Constitutional aspects, Revolutionism, and Nationalism, combined with their Socialism as a "modern reincarnation of Jacobinism". Thereby, identifying National Sonacism as a form of "Neo-Jacobinism".
Positions: National Sonacism, Party Platform.

Motto(s): “Blood, Soil, Fatherland!”
The Nationalist Action Party(NAP): Founded by social conservatives and nationalists with concerns of increasing social poverty and social inequality and alarm about the "creeping decadence, liberalism, multiculturalism, and excessive individualism" of the country. The party sought to instigate a revival of traditional ethics and values. The Party is newer than the other political parties, but had gained notoriety as a conservative-populist party in fostering revival of nativist sentiments and advocating ethnic nationalism. Along with a program of enacting law and order policies, anti-immigration policies, welfare chauvinism, and policies to protect native industries. Advocating an overall Dirisgist and protectionist stance on economic issues. It had gained a decent number seat in the National Assembly in relation to its young age. It was formerly the secondary partner in the ruling "National Union for Social Justice" before the National Sonacist Party seized complete power and fostered a one-party state. Afterwards, the party decided to disband and many former Nationalist Action Party members were invited to join their former coalition partner; the National Sonacist Party. Many prominent NAP Party figures did end up joining the party, gaining the National Sonacist Party support among many once reluctant Social Conservatives. Helping to increase the popularity and support for the ruling National Sonacists.
Positions: National conservatism, Social conservatism, Economic Nationalism, Ethnic Nationalism, Dirigism, Right-wing Populism.

Motto(s): “Revolution, Freedom, Socialism!!!”
The Communist Party(CP): Founded by Radical Socialists disillusioned with the current system of government, seeing the other leftist parties as too" Moderate or Bourgeois". Seeking to build a Marxist-Leninist State and lay the foundations for a Communist society. They were formerly one of the two non-aligned parties in the National Assembly. It's leaders have been arrested since the National Sonacist Party took full power. The Party still exists but is banned from the political process.
Positions: Marxism-Leninism, Communism, State Socialism, Militarism.

Motto(s): “Unity, Freedom, Democracy"!!!”
The New Democratic Party(NDP): Founded by many former Liberal Republicans and moderate leftists, the party was founded as an alternative to the National Sonacist and Communist Party, which are viewed as too extreme for some. They were formerly the largest party and leading member in the Opposition, the United Democratic Front coalition. But it's leaders have been arrested since the National Sonacist Party took full power. The Party still exists but is banned from the political process.
Positions: Nordic Model, Social Democracy, Social Liberalism, Demilitarization.

Motto(s):“Not Left, Not Right, Forward!!!”
The United Federalist Party(UFP): A Party founded by those dissatisfied with the Left and Right. The Party is a Radical Centrist party. Formerly a member of the Opposition, the "United Democratic Front" coalition. It's leaders have been arrested since the National Sonacist Party took full power. The Party still exists but is banned from the political process.
Positions: Centrism, Social liberalism, Federalism, Militarism.

Motto(s): "Strength, Duty, Loyalty!!!"
The Conservative party(CP): A Party founded by many moderate Right-wingers dissatisfied with the approach of the leftists parties. While the party believes in regulation of government and welfare of the people. It believes that a more moderate approach must be taken, government cut back. The largest Conservative Party in the National Council. It was formerly a member of the Opposition, the United Democratic Front coalition. It's leaders have been arrested since the National Sonacist Party took full power. The Party still exists but is banned from the political process.
Positions: Third Way, Fiscal Conservatism, Liberal Conservatism, Compassionate Conservatism, Militarism, Economic Liberalism.

Motto(s): "Peace, Freedom, Greenism!!!"
The Green Party(GP): Founded by many Leftists all over the spectrum. Believing that the other Leftist parties are too focused on their own power and interest, rather than the peoples. Opposing the NSP's "Proletarian extremism" and Militarism, and believing the NDP isn't assertive enough in it's principles. Also believing that both parties have become too indifferent about environmentalism, civil rights, the peoples welfare, privacy rights, and animal rights. The party is in caucus with the Opposition, the United Democratic Front coalition. It's leaders have been arrested since the National Sonacist Party took full power. The Party still exists but is banned from the political process.
Positions: Social Democracy, Grass Roots Democracy, Environmentalism, Demilitarization.

Motto(s): "Freedom, Order, Enterprise!!!"
The National Peoples' Party(NPP):
Founded by upper class and Religious Conservatives, the party advocates a return to the past of the glorious Republic. Believing the weakness of the Republic is overly swelled government, bureaucracy, overgrown Government economic control, and the moral decadence of society. The Party espouses many capitalistic and traditional views. It is looked down by many as a "front for the wealthy" due to it's Religious Conservative and Lassiez-Faire Economic stances. It was formerly unaligned with either Government or Opposition coalitions. Being rejected by both coalitions as being deemed unpopular and "too extreme". Currently it's leaders have been arrested since the National Sonacist Party took full power. The Party still exists but is banned from the political process.
Positions: Lassiez-Faire, Economic Liberalism, Religious Conservatism, Fiscal Conservatism, Demilitarization, Non-interventionism.

Pirate Party
the largest political party in carriebean, with 94/365 seats in congress and 1,156/6,000 in parliament, they are in favor of a strong military, along with only a handful of socialist policies, including Carrie-care, ( healthcare) Government control of the railroads, and government control of only key industries in the economy. they also want the separation of church and state ,and wish for the nation to be a world leader in open boarders, nuclear weapons and manufacturing goods. they also want more of the carriebean food to be imported from abroad.

Communist Catholic Party
the second largest political party, with 81/365 and 1,102/6,000 seats in congress and parliment respectivly, they are also in favor of a strong military, and a injanja, or inter joining of the religious branches and governmental political branches to make both of them run smoother. they want complete government control with far reaching socialist programs, inculding government control over msot of everything. they are in favor of dropping the school age from 6 to 5 years old to allow more kids to get an education, and want a Prisoner for school system in which a parent which has been rehabilitated by the state can send any children off to school.

Latter Day Saints of Carriebean Party ( Mormon Party)
The Mormon party, while not the largest political party in carriebean, comes in a solid third with 72/365 seats in congress and 955 in Parliament. they have repeatedly called for an increased draft and called for a resumtion of the lords work via bullets and the sword. they were caught in a scandal in 2004 involving carriebeanian oiltankers, Mongolian women and dancing bunnies. the leader, Joseph Talyor Salvanti, an italian immigrant, refused to hand over some tapes that were critical to the involvement of several top ranking officials, the popularity of the party plummeted after a terrorist attack in 2006 by Bob Nije Nijikataska, a polish convert to the terrorist organization Covenant of God (CG), killed 145 people and injured 189 others. they were disliked because they had lied about involving themselves in the plot, in which they sold bibles and used money from tithes ( up to 1.5 million) to fund several operations across the world, with a 1,906 page report by the Star ( our version of the pentagon building) known as the " Bibles for Bombs" scheme. the party still has somewhat popular ties, though the LDS church in salt lake city has neither officially endorsed them or acknowledged their existence as a political entity in carriebean.
