Almost all schools are privatized and owned by some form of external organization, therefore uniforms are at the discretion of the owner thereof. Education is not mandatory, and only a handful of schools operated by the Commonwealths exist in the nation.

Schools are explorative and communal rather than restrictive, Schools regularly are a place for Children of any age to expand their futures in the national and international stage,with authoring in particular.

As most of us Yoshi don't wear clothes at all (except for Stork Yoshi, specifically females, but even they don't always wear clothes), we see no reason to wear school uniforms.
