I'm sorry, but this is just a ridiculous amount of our map.. I would be ok with letting you have the British Isles, Hanover (old territories), maybe the Low Countries (I will have to talk to our other members), and some overseas island territories like the UK actually has, but not the rest of that.. And the population would be significantly less than you proposed..
