I'd probably go with 4. Sidh society certainly does not discriminate against their womenfolk, though obsolete and counter-productive ideas like feminism that might lead to reverse discrimination (and any other ideas that might divide people in general) are also flatly rejected.

In the words of the Emperor, "there are no male or female Sidhae, there are no Black or White Sidhae, there are no good or bad Sidhae, there are only Sidhae and everyone else." A Sidh is expected to embody the virtues that make him a Sidh, and pull his own weight in the Sidh society, petty trivialities like biological sex having no relevance whatsoever. One either is a Sidh, or is not, and it matters not what sex one belongs to among other things.

Sidhae think of themselves as a great army, where there are only soldiers, and their ability to contribute to victory is the only thing that matters.

Whilst before the Connurist Revolution in 1930, women were not entitled to vote, and were fully expected to conform to traditional gender roles in the form of a housewife who did not work outside of the home, and if they did they didn't receive as much as men did, and society was most definitely patriarchal, though that was probably due to the fact that after independence from the British Empire in 1882, the upper classes and government were mainly comprised of men who had fought for independence, most of whom fully believed women were an inferior sex, and during this time sexual harassment and domestic violence was not unheard of at all, and unfortunately commonplace, that could not be more different now.

Of course, societal norms didn't exactly change overnight, that would be absurd, but women pretty much were instantly put on an equal footing legally. Emperor Jeremy I who had headed the revolution was a strong advocate of social reform who simply believed that gender was socially constructed, and it was not only incredibly unfair but also incredibly stupid and counter-productive to categorise one sex as inferior to another. Within a few years of this the country would have ranked at a 4 on the scale but things have gone further since.

These days, women are technically the superior sex in society. Females, as a generalisation, obtain better results in schools and as a result have generally better jobs than their male counterparts. Typical feminine traits such as gentleness, empathy, compassion and generally expressing emotions are highly valued and although of course present in males are still more common in females. In recent Connurist society and culture, ideas such as romance and love are almost omnipresent, and this has led to women being held in a very high regard. Men are often deferential to their female partners and as for commonplace behaviours it is often left to the females to make the first romantic moves, though of course there are many exceptions. Recent studies and surveys suggest that there are more househusbands than housewives, and that men undertake slightly more domestic labour than women in studies of couples. Naturally, there does remain small sub-cultures that are highly sexist and patriarchal in nature, but they are no more common than highly sexist matriarchal sub-cultures.

2,5 Women can vote but there are no laws regarding women and work. The employers can discriminate women in the hiring and there are pretty much none women in good-earning jobs. The few women in the workforce can be found from the fabric-industry and service-jobs. Women accept their inferiority in work and often tend to instead keep care of their families at home.

Women tend to take more traditional roles such as housekeeping, though there are always exceptions. Hard work reaps rewards, and many women join the industry in attempts to earn a better lifestyle- and they often, if not always, succeed. However, cultural standards accept men as the providers and women as the caregivers, based on purely the nature of these two genders.
Most women in Crumb-Cashew are either unemployed or, if middle-aged, retired from previous employment. These women take on the roles of the caregiver, while other women choose the non-traditional provider role.

In Scydeal men and women are treated the same and have the same rights. In the more rural and traditional parts of Scydeal that are isolated from the rest of the country women usually aren't treated as nicely.

Just over four here in Y'stan. All humans are equals. Niggers, kikes, fascists, communists, whores, faggots, evangelical Christians, muslims, Jehovah's Witnessess, satanists, indigenous, immigrants, all are considered humans under the law and in society. But that's beside the point. In Y'stan there are almost no gender role divisions any more. Women do many of the same jobs as men, men do many of the same jobs as women. The big sorting line for tougher jobs is physical ability to do the job satisfactorily, not whether the applicant possesses either a penis or a pair of tits. In general, Yukoni society is also very open in a sexual sense. It isn't stigmatized the way it might be in some more prudish societies, and people here respect and enjoy the human form if and when they can.

For our citizens, we're a 0 on the scale. Robots do not have genders.

When it comes to humans in our nation, we could say "4" because women are considered equal to men. However, that's because ALL of our human livestock are beasts of burden with no rights! Not only that, we have no "domestic violence" or "sexual crime" legislation. Instead, overseers will severely punish anyone who interferes with production. Slaves beating on each other or trying to rape each other are inefficient and will therefore be decommissioned and replaced with more suitable stock.

Some might point out that our motivations are far different than those of other societies in the "4" category, but the bottom line is that we treat all of our livestock the same and don't give any of it a chance to get up to sexual shenanigans, so 4 it is.
