Because of the prevalence of it, it depends on the person. Some people see it as a nuisance, and want to get rid of it all. The cities of Holoska usually do all they can to keep the roads and streets clear. Others see it as something to be enjoyed, a cheap form of recreation. They build snowanthros, have snowball fights, go sledding, make snow forts, and all the usual winter fun stuff. They usually have to go outside of the city for it, though.

Every single person has seen snow, within the first year of their life. It is a fact of life in Holoska.

Snow is generally pretty uncommon across the majority of Winzig, only falling in quantities worth mentioning in the highlands of Winzig. Although that being said, since 2000, there's been several sudden cold snaps that have blanketed the island in an uncomfortable amount of snow.
For most Winzigins, snow is considered an irritant, upsetting schedules and stopping traffic. It's an almost unheard of thing for a Winzigin not to know what snow is, since it sometimes decides to come to them!

The winters in the home continent are often very cold and very harsh, certain parts of the extreme north is well within the polar circle and is covered in ice the whole year. Mainland Scandera can ever experience so called summer snows, even if this is mostly during very cold nights and the snow generally melt when the sun rises again.

Though in the colonies are the climate typically warmer and some of them do not experience snow at all.

Theoretically do the federation experience snow the entire year around but the home continent generally only suffers snow 3-5 months depending on where you are with the extreme south only having to worry about snow during the winter while it can take place in late autumn and early spring in the far north as well.

Considering that we do not have any major landmasses in an area that are cold and wet enough for snowfall, most Jamillans have never personally experienced snow. We do own some minor snowy islands to the south of our mainlands, but they have few, if any, permanent residents. Human citizens and visitors often hold a majority in these tiny islands since they handle that sort of climate better. Even then, over 95% of the population lives in a region where it seldom or never snows.
