Does it ever snow in your nation?
Very rarely.
If so, how often?
About two or three times every five years
Where?
In the Northern Mountains of St.Pedro and Biabloa
Do your people like snow? Is it considered a novelty? Or do they hate it?
Well! people had never really seen snow before! only when seeing other nations and they thought it was cool! but wouldn't bring back to Espana if they could. But then in a war, a army had to march through the Siberia Countryside in early spring and they hated it. Now everyone hates the terror of snow, and they dislike Russia.
Have most of your people seen snow?
No

In Zero, our territory doesn't have snow, except in a few areas in the Palmarian mountains. After all, we are in the tropics.

In our massive galactic empire in the Tanabiku Galaxy, that may depend on the planet.

Snowfall occurs only in high elevations in Ergotaria, sadly. Packed ice and snow are brought down from there for use in various products.
I am anarchist and libertarian, which means I oppose states, hierarchies and discrimination and see liberty as the highest primary objective to achieve in a society.
You can define anarchism and libertarianism differently than I do, but it doesn't matter to me. Neither term carries implications to a preferable economic ideology.
Anarchism without adjectives would be ideal, but seeing how different movements see themselves as the right ones, an insurrectionary approach is more realistic.

It does snow in New-Pradbraki, for somewhere between three months a year in the low valleys; and ten months a year in the northern hills, but the problem is that all the heavy metal pollutants mean the snow is actually on average around 42% metal and other industrial pollutants, so, really, once the novelty of black snow has worn off, and you've contracted your first cancer, you tend to start hating it. Having said that, though, 94.2% of the most productive tractor assemblies provide snowmelt to their workers as water, so I guess that's a plus.

Snow is a common occurrance, most citizens being resistant to it through implant or natural means. It snows everywhere and snows for about 11 months.

Does it ever snow in your nation? Yes
If so, how often? Year round at some elevations; during a snowy season in mid to late winter
Where? In elevations above 2,300 feet
Do your people like snow? Is it considered a novelty? Or do they hate it? Yes they love snow. The are only a few scattered villages and on medium sized town in the areas that get snow. The snow brings seasonal tourism and provides water storage for the nation therefore is key to our economy.

Does it ever snow in your nation? Yes.
If so, how often? Quite often.
Where? The majority of the country, actually, save for the coast and specific areas.
Do your people like snow? Is it considered a novelty? Or do they hate it? It's divided. Some love it, some hate it.
Have most of your people seen snow?[b] Only extremely young citizens, recent immigrants or live-under-a-rock people wouldn't have seen it.

Does it ever snow in your nation? Yes. My Children's "gardens" (engineered worlds) have seasons and polar ice-caps built in as part of their climate-regulation system.

If so, how often? Where? Rarely except in the higher latitudes and high-altitude areas.

Do your people like snow? Is it considered a novelty? Or do they hate it? Reactions to snow vary. My Children's species is divided into five races. Of these, two, the Fire Children and Earth Children, originated from the more tropical areas of their home world, and tend to prefer hotter environments to live in. For them, snow was something alien and not very pleasant. On the other hand, the Water Children and Iron Children originated from higher latitudes where snow was commonplace, and they had a much more friendly attitude towards snow and cold. Of course, that was all long ago, and these days Children of all races find snow to be an interesting change in their usual routine.

Have most of your people seen snow? Yes. While trips to natural snow-fields are rare, my Children have devised artificial ones, enclosed environments that mimic the polar regions. They're a very popular type of playground.

Does it ever snow in your nation? Yes.

If so, how often? Fairly often during the four months of winter, rarely otherwise.

Where? Mostly everywhere, aside from most coastal areas.

Do your people like snow? Is it considered a novelty? Or do they hate it? It depends on the depth. A five-to-ten centimeter snow is nice; above that, discontent is proportional to depth.

Have most of your people seen snow? Yes.
