Kafradish Diplomacy Tips

Kafrad is proud of being one of the neutral European states. We prefer trade and science to war.
But that doesn't mean we doesn't have army. Usually, we use it to protect the humanitarian missions and civilians.
Our country wants to have contacts, especially trade and scientific, with neighbours and others, only when they want that.
All neighbor states (from The East Pacific) use some privileges in trade, construction and other international agreements.

Embassy program

Kafrad has several opportunities for you to construct your embassy. They consist of different places to construct. Each place is different from another. Please note that We need information about animals, helicopters, cars, medicines, drugs and weapons. If you don't transport any of this in our country, please, leave the needed form blank.

Placement

1. Kafrad Port - highly polluted area with a lot of plants. The cheapest way if you don't have enough money. Including Industrial District (ID)

2. West Central - Large area with office building, big supermarkets and a lot of museums.

3. North Kafrad - the "Kafradish Holywood" - the famous place where a lot of studios are situated. Includes weathy neighbourhood Armgrad.

4. East Kafrad - The most quiet place for embassy.

5. Gorgian Beach - the chain of beaches. Perfect place for an embassy - there are a lot of hotels nearby, so tourists from your country can easily access your embassy.

Please note that there are no places for embassies on Grad Island and in Downtown. Some embassy places in North Kafrad are reserved for TEP members. If you are TEP member and you would like to construct an embassy, please, telegram the City of Kafrad Department of Construction.

Kafrad Transport Authority operates 3 metro lines: Coastal (red), Downtown loop (green) and blue (Express).
In addition, there is some lines of Kafrad Railroads. All of them are brown on the map.

Please note that highways are commonly surrounded with gardens, as seen in East Kafrad, for example.

The Basil I Intl Airport is situated to the north and is not seen on the map. Air Kafrad can transport the embassy perconnel and their luggage for free if needed.

We hope you are interested in constructing an embassy. All required technic and things such as drugs, purchased in Kafrad, are free with the embassy claim.

Declaring war

If your country decides to declare war, you should post reply in this thread. This leads to creating thread in International Conflicts forum and starting war.

The war starts immediatly after starting the IC thread.

Each side can call other countries if they have military alliance. Others can read, begin humanitarian aid missions, send help to attachers/defenders, etc.

The war ends with the peace treaty.

Mobilisation levels

Kafrad has 3 stages of mobilisation. During the first stage all:

having medical education;
officers of the reserve;
all other reservists;

must be mobilized.

During the 2nd stage all:

Males after 18 and before 40

must be mobilized
And during the 3rd stage all:

Males after 18 and before 45

must be mobilized, and

Females after 18 and before 23

must work at Kafradish plants, farms, etc.

The fourth stage is not stated, but the constitution allows it. During the fourth stage all males from 14 to 55 must be mobilized, and all females from 14 to 55 must work on plants, farms, etc.
