Official Information
Name of person/organisation taking questionnaire: The Federal Government of the Queendom of Philephebia
Name of nation: Philephebia
Form of government: Constitutional monarchy
Population: 16.089 Billion
Tech level of nation: Modern Times, but some parts are Third World.
How prevalent is tourism in your nation? Quite prevalent around the capital and along the coasts, quite rare in the land-locked north.

Anti-discrimination legislation
1a) Are there any anti-discrimination laws that apply for all minorities? Language minorities tend to be allowed a form of self-government customised for the specific minorities. None-natice minorities have special protection under the law, against discrimination.
b) Are there any anti-discrimination laws applying specifically for LGBT minorities? Sexual minorities are considered holy, and are subject to positive dicrimination.
c) How extensive do such anti-discrimination laws go? That means that homophobia equals sacrilege, and openly homophobic individuals might encounter angry, vigilante mobs.
d) Do such laws apply to tourists? We try to prevent the lynching of homophobic tourists, but we advise them to only visit the west of the country, where tolerance for homophobia is bigger.

Marriage/Partnership
1. Status of civil unions in your country: That’s for straight couples
2. Status of gay marriage in your country: The only kind of marriage we have. Allowing straight people to have the same rights as gay people would tarnish the sanctity of marriage.

Adoption Status
1a) Are homosexual couples able to adopt children? Of course
b) Are there any conditions for homosexual couples to adopt? They are preferred over straight couples.
c) Do such laws apply to tourists? Tourists are not allowed to adopt. Adoption is restricted to legal residents.

LGBT-Marketing
Does your country's travel companies market towards LGBT tourirsts? Not specifically.

Equal Age of Consent
1. Age of consent for sex for heterosexual couples: 18
2. Age of consent for sex for homosexual couples: 16
3. Is the age of consent different for tourists? No. These laws apply to all.

Religious influence
1a) Is there a state religion in your country? Agnosticism
b)(i) Does the state religion condemn acts of homosexuality? No. As stated before, homosexuality is considered sacred, and gay and lesbian individuals are venerated in almost all of the country. The Royal house excludes straight princes and princesses from the line of succession.
(ii) If so, does a majority of the population follow this religion? Individuals are allowed to have other religions besides the state religion. Large parts of the population are Hindu, Buddhist, Christian or Muslim. They mostly support the constitutional exclusion of straight royals from the throne.
2. If so, does the state religion influence the government's decision on legislation regarding LGBT minorities? Any government trying to legislate against the treasured and sacred minorities would commit political suicide.

HIV-travel restrictions
1. Are citizens infected with HIV/AIDS allowed to travel beyond the country's borders? Yes
2. Are foreigners infected with HIV/AIDS allowed to travel into the country's borders? Yes; disclosure of HIV positive status is obligatory on arrival, in case of hospitalisation.
3. Are offenders who travel in or out of the country punishiable by anything more than deportation under the law? Not applicable

Anti-gay laws
1a) Are there laws that discriminate against minorities as a whole? No.
b) Are there laws that discriminate LGBT minorities specifically? Yes. Popular demand has made homophobia punishable under the anti-blasphemy laws. (Positive dicrimination)
c) How extensive do such discriminatory laws go? The heaviest punishment is life.
d) Do such laws apply to tourists? Yes they do.

Homosexuality illegal
1a) Is committing sexual activities with a person of the same sex criminalised under the law? No. It is only criminal to commit sexual acts with someone of the opposite gender after one has come out of the closet. That would constitute “auto-sacrilege”.
b) Are offenders of the law punished by a jail term beyond 10 years, execution, torture, et cetera? The jail term for auto-sacrilege is still at 15 years, but the law is not prosecuted anymore (except in the less tourist parts of the country) after lobbying by bisexual pressure groups.
c) Do such laws apply to tourists? Yes. Just try to avoid the land-locked parts.

Pride banned
1a) Are LGBT pride parades illegal in your country? No, they are national holidays.
b) If not, are such pride parades common in your country? Once a year, with His Majesty the Queen leading the biggest of them all.

Locals hostile
1. What is the percentage of the population that believes homosexuality should not be accepted by society? No exact figures. Less than 10% over all, but close to 45 % in the west.
2. Are LGBT related activities welcomed or shunned by society in general? Venerated, is the word. But things might be less celebrated in the west.

Persecution
1a) Have there been reported acts of persecution committed against LGBT minorities by the locals? Ten years ago, there was a rebellion in the west by a junta called “the Straight Alliance”. In their efforts to overthrow the legitimate government, they persecuted sexual minorities. Other parts of the country were seething with rage about the “godless west”.
b) Are such acts glorified by the local media? They were at the time, and those responsible have been prosecuted under the anti-blasphemy laws.

Murders
1a) Have there been reported murders of those who are part of LGBT minorities committed by the locals? Ten years ago, in the west.
b) Are such acts glorified by the local media? They were at the time, and those responsible could often not be brought to justice (since the non-homophobic part of the west had lynched them before the government could arrest them).

Death sentences
1a) Have there been reported executions targeted specifically at a person for committing activities related to the LGBT community/homosexual acts? Ten years ago in the west, although the legitimacy of the laws supporting these executions has never been ackowledged: the federal government still considers them premeditated murders.
b) Are such executions glorified by the local media? They were at the time, and those responsible are serving VERY long prison sentences.

Miscellaneous*
Country's Estimated Number of Gay Gathering Places per 100,000 homosexual tourists: All gathering places are in a way gay gathering places. There are some gathering places catering exclusively to straight people (especially in the west), and gay tourists are advised not to go there. Such places are of ill repute, its patrons may be subject to fining for blasphemy, and gay tourists could find themselves accused of auto-sacrilege.
Are there any questions regarding this questionnaire? If so, please tell us what questions you may have: Please be advised that gay tourists travelling to the north and other less tourist parts may well be asked by the locals to bless a small child, or a herd, or a house. Gay tourists are kindly asked to provide such services to the locals, as a refusal could be interpreted as a curse, and lead to panic. Tourists should refuse to take children though, which the poorer locals may try to offer to gay couples. Tourists are reminded that adoption is restricted to legal residents.

*Optional, it doesn't matter in this index.

Official Information
Name of person/organisation taking questionnaire: Choi Ha-Ji, Head Secretary of the Ministry of Rites and Diplomacy
Name of nation: The Greater Neo-Joseon Empire
Form of government: Executive Constitutional Monarchy
Population: 950 Million
Tech level of nation: PMT
How prevalent is tourism in your nation? Very Large on a Provincial Scale

Anti-discrimination legislation
1a) Are there any anti-discrimination laws that apply for all minorities? All citizens, regardless of race, gender, creed, or religion are to be offered equal treatment under the law. There are no mention of minorities as all are equal.
b) Are there any anti-discrimination laws applying specifically for LGBT minorities? No mention of LGBT at all in any Imperial law. Provincial laws vary.
c) How extensive do such anti-discrimination laws go? It goes as far as to not disrupt the flow of trade and government. An anti-discrimination law cannot interfere with the market in a significant way, nor can it advocate for affirmative action. Precedent has been set that a victim of discrimination can take legal action against the company or individual and provided they have evidence, will win.
d) Do such laws apply to tourists? None apply specific to tourists but tourists are considered protected by a majority of civil liberty related laws pertaining to citizens. A tourist can do everything a citizen or colonial can except participate in government.

Marriage/Partnership
1. Status of civil unions in your country: None such things exist.
2. Status of gay marriage in your country: More liberal provinces such as the Autonomous Province of Japan have laws that allow homosexual marriage. More conservative provinces such as Gyungmi have laws that fine public acts of homosexual affection. The Joseon Peninsula, the hotspot for tourism, stands on no homosexual related legislation but no penalties either.

Adoption Status
1a) Are homosexual couples able to adopt children? Depends on Province. A majority of the provinces have no laws prohibiting such behavior, therefore, a homosexual couple may adopt a child.
b) Are there any conditions for homosexual couples to adopt? In provinces that allow homosexual adoption, it's as simple as signing a form and taking a background check. In provinces that have no law regarding a matter, they must register as an unmarried couple and take additional background checks regarding income.
c) Do such laws apply to tourists? Tourists are barred from adopting children without a designated permit from the province and ratified by the Imperial Government

LGBT-Marketing
Does your country's travel companies market towards LGBT tourirsts? The free market has made it so that they have to be, otherwise they'd lose customers to those who were.

Equal Age of Consent
1. Age of consent for sex for heterosexual couples: 16
2. Age of consent for sex for homosexual couples: 16
3. Is the age of consent different for tourists? No

Religious influence
1a) Is there a state religion in your country? No (technically it is Enlightened Survivalism, a sort of pro-intellectual social Darwinism but it is neither mandated nor practiced as a religion, rather as a philosophy)
b)(i) Does the state religion condemn acts of homosexuality? N/A
(ii) If so, does a majority of the population follow this religion? N/A
2. If so, does the state religion influence the government's decision on legislation regarding LGBT minorities? N/A

HIV-travel restrictions
1. Are citizens infected with HIV/AIDS allowed to travel beyond the country's borders? Yes
2. Are foreigners infected with HIV/AIDS allowed to travel into the country's borders? No, but we never check
3. Are offenders who travel in or out of the country punishiable by anything more than deportation under the law? Deportation and barred for 10 years from ever entering the Greater Empire (The Empire plus the colonial District Areas) unless they have proven that the HIV virus is out of their system.

Anti-gay laws
1a) Are there laws that discriminate against minorities as a whole? No
b) Are there laws that discriminate LGBT minorities specifically? Yes, only in the conservative parts to the north, which don't have tourist hotspots anyways.
c) How extensive do such discriminatory laws go? Prohibiting homosexual marriage and prohibiting public displays of homosexual affection. Fines and a day of jailtime.
d) Do such laws apply to tourists? Yes

Homosexuality illegal
1a) Is committing sexual activities with a person of the same sex criminalised under the law? No
b) Are offenders of the law punished by a jail term beyond 10 years, execution, torture, et cetera? N/A
c) Do such laws apply to tourists? No

Pride banned
1a) Are LGBT pride parades illegal in your country? No, unless don't you have a permit issued by the government or the owners of all of the properties you're doing the parade on
b) If not, are such pride parades common in your country? Not as its own thing. LGBT floats are usually seen around social movements such as advocating for freedom of expression or radical artistic movements.

Locals hostile
1. What is the percentage of the population that believes homosexuality should not be accepted by society? 62%
2. Are LGBT related activities welcomed or shunned by society in general? Shunned

Persecution
1a) Have there been reported acts of persecution committed against LGBT minorities by the locals? Yes, but they were all non-violent and 85% of them have been dealt with through civil cases and lawsuits, all of which but one (which was later revealed to be a non-persecution) were won by the victim.
b) Are such acts glorified by the local media? Glorified, no. Covered, yes. It's not that it's against LGBT that it's a problem. It's the fact that it's discrimination that it's a problem.

Murders
1a) Have there been reported murders of those who are part of LGBT minorities committed by the locals? Yes, but a whopping 95% of them have been caught and jailed or sent to work camps.
b) Are such acts glorified by the local media? Again, not glorified. Hate crime isn't a thing but murder is. And if you're not hanged, you are sent to a work camp. If you have an extremely good lawyer and lots of power, the best you can hope for is exile into a District Area.

Death sentences
1a) Have there been reported executions targeted specifically at a person for committing activities related to the LGBT community/homosexual acts? An LGBT activist once blocked trade for 5 weeks in a major trading area in Hanyang Boulevard by setting fire to a cargo ship and blockading it with several of his followers. It cost the city and the nation $15 billion as it was a major export he blocked. 4 people died in the fire. He and 7 others were executed by firing squad while 15 others were beaten to near death and exiled to a Peruvian mineshaft.
b) Are such executions glorified by the local media? That one, yes. But that was the only ever case of execution related to LGBT activities.

Miscellaneous*
Country's Estimated Number of Gay Gathering Places per 100,000 homosexual tourists: We don't have gay gathering places. We have nightclubs, bars, and casinos if you wanna try your hand at that. There are also internet forums and fliers that advocate for gay meetings at these places.
Are there any questions regarding this questionnaire? If so, please tell us what questions you may have: None

*Optional, it doesn't matter in this index.

Official Information
Name of person/organisation taking questionnaire: Imperial Tourism Board
Name of nation: Empire of Ammerinia
Form of government: Semi-Technocratic Elective Monarchy
Population: 3.4 Billion
Tech level of nation: PMT (With bits of FT tech here and there)
How prevalent is tourism in your nation? Quite prevalent. It is the 4th largest industry in Ammerinia.

Anti-discrimination legislation
1a) Are there any anti-discrimination laws that apply for all minorities? Yes.
b) Are there any anti-discrimination laws applying specifically for LGBT minorities? Yes.
c) How extensive do such anti-discrimination laws go? Compared to most governments, very extensive. Although we still aren't going to throw someone in an Ico-Cell just because they used slurs referring to such people.
d) Do such laws apply to tourists? Yes. More so than citizens, actually.

Marriage/Partnership
1. Status of civil unions in your country: Legal. Obviously.
2. Status of gay marriage in your country: Legal as well.

Adoption Status
1a) Are homosexual couples able to adopt children? Yes, although the act of adopting children all together is somewhat looked down upon by the community, whether or not they are homosexual couples.
b) Are there any conditions for homosexual couples to adopt? No adoption rules are specifically in place for homosexual couples. Everyone must follow the general guidelines if they want to adopt a child.
c) Do such laws apply to tourists? Yes.

LGBT-Marketing
Does your country's travel companies market towards LGBT tourirsts? Not too many, although some try to reach out to them in some way.

2. If so, does the state religion influence the government's decision on legislation regarding LGBT minorities? N/A

HIV-travel restrictions
1. Are citizens infected with HIV/AIDS allowed to travel beyond the country's borders? It would take some serious effort to contract HIV or AIDS with our modern Nullifcators and advanced healthcare system. On the off chance that some really did contact HIV/AIDS, then they would be put in medical stasis, and so would not be able to leave until they are cured. (Curing these things is done quite easily though.)
2. Are foreigners infected with HIV/AIDS allowed to travel into the country's borders? If anyone was to cross the border, they would need to go through Nullificators, and getting through machines that will purge anything in your body that is considered harmful is not easy.
3. Are offenders who travel in or out of the country punishiable by anything more than deportation under the law? On the off-chance that someone did contact it, they would not be punished. They might be scorned a bit though.

b) If not, are such pride parades common in your country? See above.

Locals hostile
1. What is the percentage of the population that believes homosexuality should not be accepted by society? 0.41%
2. Are LGBT related activities welcomed or shunned by society in general? Welcomed.

Persecution
1a) Have there been reported acts of persecution committed against LGBT minorities by the locals? No.
b) Are such acts glorified by the local media? N/A.

Murders
1a) Have there been reported murders of those who are part of LGBT minorities committed by the locals? Uh, no. Murders as a whole are extremely hard to commit here as a whole due to our top-notch education systems and law enforcement services.
b) Are such acts glorified by the local media? No.

Death sentences
1a) Have there been reported executions targeted specifically at a person for committing activities related to the LGBT community/homosexual acts? No. In fact, Imperial law states it is illegal to do that without proof of them committing physical crimes.
b) Are such executions glorified by the local media? No.

Miscellaneous*
Country's Estimated Number of Gay Gathering Places per 100,000 homosexual tourists: Hard to say, but in 2046 it was estimated that the number was around 22,000.
Are there any questions regarding this questionnaire? If so, please tell us what questions you may have: No.

Official Information
Name of person/organisation taking questionnaire: Democratic Monarchy of Somosland
Name of nation: Democratic Monarchy of Somosland
Form of government: Democratic Monarchy (king(s) and/or queen(s) or monarch(s) are elected, no marital status required or caused by the election, historically, having two queens or kings was not uncommon, nor was there anything but joy if they were intimate with each other)
Population: 5,000,000
Tech level of nation: Modern Technology
How prevalent is tourism in your nation? Not particularly, due to the barren part of the East Pacific we are in, but many people have come to visit friends and family now that the integralists (basically isolationist traditional religious fascism, e.g. Spain under Francisco Franco) and Stalinesque communism have been overthrown by the democratic movement.

Anti-discrimination legislation
1a) Are there any anti-discrimination laws that apply for all minorities? Yes.
b) Are there any anti-discrimination laws applying specifically for LGBT minorities? Yes.
c) How extensive do such anti-discrimination laws go? All discrimination is illegal and hate speech is allowed if not harassing, on radio, in theatre on television. The de facto purpose of this is to allow for this kind of speech to be released so that public and private analysts can determine how to curtail the existence of homophobia, which, besides internationals, is nill, and further more, so citizens may dismantle hetero-normative arguments and in turn speak freely about that. The other reason is to not curtail freedom of speech, rights that were lost for so long under two totalitarian regimes, one of which was hetero-normative.
d) Do such laws apply to tourists? Yes.

Marriage/Partnership
1. Status of civil unions in your country: Legal (marriage)
2. Status of gay marriage in your country: Legal, a historically traditional form of marriage among the Somoslandi people.

Adoption Status
1a) Are homosexual couples able to adopt children? Yes.
b) Are there any conditions for homosexual couples to adopt? Same conditions as heterosexual couples.
c) Do such laws apply to tourists? Yes.

LGBT-Marketing
Does your country's travel companies market towards LGBT tourirsts? As much as they do heterosexuals.

Equal Age of Consent
1. Age of consent for sex for heterosexual couples: 16
2. Age of consent for sex for homosexual couples: 16
3. Is the age of consent different for tourists? No

Religious influence
1a) Is there a state religion in your country? No. Most of the populace isn't even religious.
b)(i) Does the state religion condemn acts of homosexuality?
(ii) If so, does a majority of the population follow this religion?
2. If so, does the state religion influence the government's decision on legislation regarding LGBT minorities?

HIV-travel restrictions
1. Are citizens infected with HIV/AIDS allowed to travel beyond the country's borders? Yes, though only in emergency circumstances for friends, family, investments, international aid, civil rights support or as otherwise allowed by government purview.
2. Are foreigners infected with HIV/AIDS allowed to travel into the country's borders? Yes, though only in emergency circumstances for friends, family, investments, international aid, civil rights support or as otherwise allowed by government purview.
3. Are offenders who travel in or out of the country punishiable by anything more than deportation under the law? If they knowingly engaged in sexual contact, yes. If not, no.

Anti-gay laws
1a) Are there laws that discriminate against minorities as a whole? No.
b) Are there laws that discriminate LGBT minorities specifically? No.
c) How extensive do such discriminatory laws go?
d) Do such laws apply to tourists?

Homosexuality illegal
1a) Is committing sexual activities with a person of the same sex criminalised under the law? No.
b) Are offenders of the law punished by a jail term beyond 10 years, execution, torture, et cetera?
c) Do such laws apply to tourists?

Pride banned
1a) Are LGBT pride parades illegal in your country? No.
b) If not, are such pride parades common in your country? Yes, pretty much all cities have a yearly pride parade. Even small towns. They were synonymous with 'revolutionary patriotism' for the last forty years in the part of the country controlled by the integralist state. The parades were actually started for internationals centuries ago who left their countries because of their oppressive laws targeting anyone who wasn't heterosexual.

Locals hostile
1. What is the percentage of the population that believes homosexuality should not be accepted by society? 0%. The integralist state is dead, and the populace was never okay with it.
2. Are LGBT related activities welcomed or shunned by society in general? Not given a thought.

Persecution
1a) Have there been reported acts of persecution committed against LGBT minorities by the locals? No.
b) Are such acts glorified by the local media? No, they're heavily condemned.

Murders
1a) Have there been reported murders of those who are part of LGBT minorities committed by the locals? No.
b) Are such acts glorified by the local media? No, theyre heavily condemned.

Death sentences
1a) Have there been reported executions targeted specifically at a person for committing activities related to the LGBT community/homosexual acts? No.
b) Are such executions glorified by the local media? No, theyre heavily condemned,

Miscellaneous*
Country's Estimated Number of Gay Gathering Places per 100,000 homosexual tourists: No such statistics exist. But all cities have gay clubs and bars etc. Considering the small size of the country (5 million), and difficulty in carrying out a census in the post-restoration, the number is somewhere around 25,000.

How prevalent is tourism in your nation? Rather Common.

Anti-discrimination legislation
1a) Are there any anti-discrimination laws that apply for all minorities? Yes.
b) Are there any anti-discrimination laws applying specifically for LGBT minorities? Yes.
c) How extensive do such anti-discrimination laws go? Relatively far. They do not impede free speech laws, however. Although, it should be noted that said free speech also allows sane people to make fun of the discriminators, as well.
d) Do such laws apply to tourists? Yes. (Note that we have open boarders, and there is almost no legal difference between a tourist and a citizen.)

Marriage/Partnership
1. Status of civil unions in your country: Legal.
2. Status of gay marriage in your country: Legal.

Note: Most of our citizens are cybernetic robots. As a result, most "Marriages" in Aeiouia are called "Valued Alliances" between two or more individuals (And even these are quite rare). This is similar to a marriage, but without any romantic connotations. Conventional marriages between the rare biological citizens are recognized, legal, and supported, though.

Adoption Status
1a) Are homosexual couples able to adopt children? Yes.
b) Are there any conditions for homosexual couples to adopt? No.
c) Do such laws apply to tourists? Yes.

LGBT-Marketing
Does your country's travel companies market towards LGBT tourirsts? Yes.

1. Are citizens infected with HIV/AIDS allowed to travel beyond the country's borders? Yes. We have cured these diseases, however.
2. Are foreigners infected with HIV/AIDS allowed to travel into the country's borders? Yes. They are also offered a free cure, if desired.
3. Are offenders who travel in or out of the country punishiable by anything more than deportation under the law? N/A

Anti-gay laws
1a) Are there laws that discriminate against minorities as a whole? No.
b) Are there laws that discriminate LGBT minorities specifically? No.
c) How extensive do such discriminatory laws go? N/A
d) Do such laws apply to tourists? N/A

b) Are offenders of the law punished by a jail term beyond 10 years, execution, torture, et cetera? N/A
c) Do such laws apply to tourists? N/A

Pride banned
1a) Are LGBT pride parades illegal in your country? No.
b) If not, are such pride parades common in your country? No, as most citizens are robots, and there is little cultural difference for biological people who fall into different spectrums of sexual orientation. Any citizens or tourists that wished to participate in one would be welcomed to do so, though.

Locals hostile
1. What is the percentage of the population that believes homosexuality should not be accepted by society? <0.001%.
2. Are LGBT related activities welcomed or shunned by society in general? Most robotic citizens consider sexuality to be an alien concept, and do not differentiate between heterosexuals and homosexuals at all. Almost all of them tend to welcome any biological people unconditionally as well.

Persecution
1a) Have there been reported acts of persecution committed against LGBT minorities by the locals? No.
b) Are such acts glorified by the local media? N/A

Murders
1a) Have there been reported murders of those who are part of LGBT minorities committed by the locals? No.

How prevalent is tourism in your nation? Very prevalent

Anti-discrimination legislation
1a) Are there any anti-discrimination laws that apply for all minorities? Yes
b) Are there any anti-discrimination laws applying specifically for LGBT minorities? No
c) How extensive do such anti-discrimination laws go? Racial discrimination may lead to detention for up to 2 years, depending on the Jewishness of the victim (the maximum is 1 year for a non-Jewish victim). Gathering of extreme political groups (non matter the kind of discrimination involved) falls under anti-conspiracy laws.
d) Do such laws apply to tourists? Yes

Marriage/Partnership
1. Status of civil unions in your country: Salemland does not recognize any form of civil union apart from marriage, adoption, and blood brotherhood/sisterhood.
2. Status of gay marriage in your country: Marriage between males was legalized a week after the country's foundation. Marriage between females was always legal.

Adoption Status
1a) Are homosexual couples able to adopt children? Yes
b) Are there any conditions for homosexual couples to adopt? The same as for heterosexual couples.
c) Do such laws apply to tourists? Tourists are not allowed to adopt citizens unless they obtain their nationality first. Conversely, if a Salemlandian becomes the legal tutor of a child, that child is given nationality, even if not a resident. Salemland's restrictions on adoption only apply within the country's borders (a Salemlandian could adopt a child in another country and ignore the legal restrictions of his own).

LGBT-Marketing
Does your country's travel companies market towards LGBT tourirsts? Not specifically

Equal Age of Consent
1. Age of consent for sex for heterosexual couples: 12
2. Age of consent for sex for homosexual couples: 12, in the absence of other law
3. Is the age of consent different for tourists? No, but tourists that come in Salemland with the intent to sleep with a teenager less than 16 years old may face legal repercussions.

Religious influence
1a) Is there a state religion in your country? Yes
b)(i) Does the state religion condemn acts of homosexuality? Only factually
(ii) If so, does a majority of the population follow this religion? Yes
2. If so, does the state religion influence the government's decision on legislation regarding LGBT minorities? Positively

HIV-travel restrictions

2. Are foreigners infected with HIV/AIDS allowed to travel into the country's borders? No, foreigners are not allowed to bring new diseases to Salemland, but there are legal ways around this.
3. Are offenders who travel in or out of the country punishiable by anything more than deportation under the law? They have to pay a fine (at minimum), and if they infect someone else, they will have to pay for that, too (that additional cost is greater if the infected person is a citizen). This does not preclude deportation.

Anti-gay laws
1a) Are there laws that discriminate against minorities as a whole? No
b) Are there laws that discriminate LGBT minorities specifically? No
c) How extensive do such discriminatory laws go? Not applicable
d) Do such laws apply to tourists? If we had these laws, they would. But we don't.

b) Are offenders of the law punished by a jail term beyond 10 years, execution, torture, et cetera? No
c) Do such laws apply to tourists? We don't have such law

Pride banned
1a) Are LGBT pride parades illegal in your country? Depends on the parade. We go on a case-by-case basis. If we have reasons to believe the pride parade is a gathering of people with extreme views, we will ban it, but walking around the streets holding rainbow flags is legal. Conversely, heterosexual pride parades are also legal.
b) If not, are such pride parades common in your country? About as common as heterosexual pride parades. We try to make people proud of themselves no matter who they are.

Locals hostile

2. Are LGBT related activities welcomed or shunned by society in general? Depends on the activity

b) Are such acts glorified by the local media? No

Murders
1a) Have there been reported murders of those who are part of LGBT minorities committed by the locals? Yes, but it had nothing to do with their status as part of that minority. A gay man was killed by a burglar in a store, but I think it was two years ago.
b) Are such acts glorified by the local media? We do not glorify murder in any form.

Death sentences
1a) Have there been reported executions targeted specifically at a person for committing activities related to the LGBT community/homosexual acts? No
b) Are such executions glorified by the local media? Yes, but nobody takes these medias seriously.
