About Nolgaria
Nolgaria, or the Federal Republic of Nolgaria, is an independent state located in the region of Norup. It has a population of 67 million and the national languages are Russian and Ukrainian. The current Head of State of Nolgaria is President Dmitry Landev and the Head of Government is Prime Minister Vladimir Sveyia. Nolgaria is a descendant of the powerful and authoritarian Caucasian Rus that ruled long with an iron hand but when its Tzar died and the empire collapsed, a new democratic republic was formed and despite hostility by the neighboring nations of Dontaria and Volyn, it was able to survive and thrive.

EMBASSY RULES
-All Ambassadors are required to be competent in either Russian or Ukrainian
-All Embassy vehicles and equipment must be inspected
-All pets will be subject to approval or rejection by custom agents upon arrival to Nolgaria
-All embassies must fly a Nolgarian Flag and their own national flag and the national flag may not be elevated higher than the Nolgarian flag
-Only sub-machine guns and pistols are allowed to be used by embassy guards when they are off of embassy grounds (assault weapons and such may be used within the embassy)
-No artillery, armored vehicles, rockets, or artillery are allowed, period
-All embassies upon probable cause, may request for police protection during riots or protests in front of their embassy
-All Ambassadors shall be immune from arrest but if they are to break any law, they shall be tried by Nolgarian courts and if found guilty, the highest and only punishment inflicted by the courts shall be extradition from Nolgaria
