Very heavily influenced by thistank made by AM.

Aesthetically I think it is certainly a good start but I do have so issues.
1. The gun seems pretty small (bore size) and the bustle seems pretty short. What main gun are you thinking of because honestly it looks like a 90 mm gun or at most a 105 mm gun?

2. Road wheels seem pretty small and far apart, certainly could work, just seems weird aesthetically and would likely result in a higher ground pressure than desirable.

3. Turret and hull seem weirdly sized relative to each other

Individually I like each part, the turret is cool, the gun is nice, the hull is cool, but many parts of the vehicle simply seems to be poorly sized relative to each other.

Its in order to give a tank depth of view, and make it feel like it could be a bit more than just a bunch of pixels made up in MSP.

Its a good touch that makes the overall thing feel much better.

It's because of the torsion bars. The wheels have to be offset if full-width torsion bars are used.

They don't have to be offset. There are ways around it. Like for example making the bogies offset instead.

To be fair all alcohol is pretty awful, so I generally choose to drink the fruitiest gayest sounding drink or whatever has the highest alcohol content for its price in which case vodka wins.

Assume the comparison with the Abrams is the correct scale.

Measure the corresponding number (A) you want to know (p.e. the length) in a graphics program of your choice. Most likely you have a result in pixel. Now go to Wikipedia, take the corresponding number (B).
Now Divert B with A (p.e. 7000mm/700 px -> 10mm/px). Now you have your scale S.

Now measure your tank (Number C). Multiply C with S (750px*10mm/px -> 7500mm). Result is your desired Number R.
