SJT's national drink is, Schelmtrank a distilled hard liquor made from rye grain and nutmeg and consumed after meals, usually dinner. It has a bittersweet and strong taste, and gets its name from Schelm, a grain similar to rye and a native crop in SJT.

Other popular drinks are water(toxins and anything that might make it taste bad is purified out), flavored water, fruit juice, sugar cane juice, lemonade, fruit smoothies, non-caffeine tea(flavors: fruit, vanilla, mint, cinnamon...) coconut milk, almond milk, hemp milk, soy milk, rice milk, nut milk.
These drinks are usually made from fruits and nuts just picked from the tree.

The national drink of the Southern Democratic States is Floyd Whiskey. Floyd Whiskey is made with atleast 41% of corn and 41% of rye and it's only made in the Southern Democratic States. It's named after Floyd County where Floyd Whiskey originated.

Other kind of whiskey are Bourbon (at least 51% of corn), Rye (at least 51 % of Rye), Scotch (made with malt), Tennessee Whiskey (70 % of corn and rye and one of them is atleast 51 % and filtrated on maple charcoal).

The major distillery in the Southern Democratic States is the Happy Bean Distillery. The Happy Bean distillery was founded in 1823 by John "Happy" Bean. Actually his grand grand grand grand daughter Mary Jane Bean and her husband EMU (Earl Michael Underwood) are running the company. The Happy Bean distillery is known for their Happy Bean old No. 23 Floyd Whiskey:

Eorlandic Tea, brewed with tea made in the magical glasshouses of Summersky College (the local chapter of the Mages Guild), is a notable exception and is particularly sought after due to comparative rarity and exceptional quality.
