Its the official position of the FTS that the supernatural does not exist.
99% of reported/purported supernatural events/incidents can be explained; the other 1% may be a mystery though this may eventually be explained.

There are various groups, both privately and publicly-funded, which study the supernatural: your standard ghosts, demonic possessions, and other general phenomena, though they also study the effects of Voodoo, African, and Draconic magic as well.

The species of the empire have different approaches to the idea of the supernatural. Theraakhim lack any belief in things supernatural. Erinqho do, and the Vel are basically agnostic, "give me empirical evidence for me to make a decision on the matter".

In Lolloh, the Ministry of Magic is tasked with registering magical entities, sapient or not, to ensure the safety of the Lollohian public. Usually, this just means making sure that our unicorn population is sane and won't kill anysapient anytime soon. In extreme cases, the Rogue Agent Subduction Force (RASF), a joint Ministry of Magic-Ministry of the Interior operation, will conduct special operations missions to subdue those who refuse to register and comply with Lollohian magical law.

There have been very few reports of the supernatural, probably because they're all terrified of Weegee. However, there have been a few cases. For example:

In 2014, one Weegee clone reported that his house was haunted, and that he couldn't get a lock on the ghost. A taskforce of clones stormed the house in an attempt to find it. When they were unable to, they held a séance and summoned it. It had no eyes, so they couldn't Weegeefy it, but they threatened it. The ghost went away after that.

In 2016, werewolf sightings abounded in a section of forest near the east coast. After Weegee's forces were unable to locate any, they brought incendiary explosives to the forest and burned everything down. The werewolves were never found.

In 2021, the Grim Reaper showed up. He, impossibly, killed three Weegee clones before he was Weegeefied. Weegee found that death in the universe had ceased, and so was forced to keep some of the Grim Reaper's abilities in the new Weegee clone, so that people would keep dying. Sadly, he found himself unable to control who died and who didn't.

Two months after that, an angel showed up and starting cursing Weegee out. Weegee Weegeefied it.

A few other occurrences happened after this, but not many.

If the Theocrats declare it is of godly origin, we ignore it or maybe sacrifice some people to it.
If it is not of godly origin we burn/terminate it or it's source.
Anything we cannot destroy is quarantined until we can destroy it.
However, very few supernatural things happen within our borders that are important enough to justify reaction, so the occasional random fire or creepy deep voice is generally ignored.
The ghosts of Franco-Iberia barely scare anyone anymore, as there are countless uneasy ones haunting the corpse piles along the sides of the highway, or the many spirits that live in internal torment on the crosses that line the major highways.
A few times the sacrifices that line the roads gurgle or zombify for while, however they are usually ignored or taken as a sign from the gods that the sacrifice was unworthy, and the priest responsible should be sacrificed.
Any other odd or important supernatural events are bombed, and sometimes whole regions have to be obliterated to remove a pesky portal.
So this is a signature? What do you do with it? Hello? -taps monitor glass- What is this even for?!

Well, when we deal with ghosts, the average citizens' first instinct is too shoot it with a gun. However, this does not work, as the ghost is transparent and has no physical body. After that, they usually run away.

When dealing with aliens, the average citizens' first instinct is too shoot it with a gun. This may or may not kill it, depending if the alien has some kind of force field of some sort. After that, they run away.

When dealing with Bigfoot, the average citizens' first instinct is too shoot it with a gun. This usually works, but the government usually comes and confiscates the dead Bigfoot and brainwashes the citizen who shot it.

Samhaal na Laarjunde na Skraytyy(Society of the Disciples of the Hidden), also known simply as "The Scholarship Society"
Is a Non-Government Organization which deals with supernatural events, it is also not associated with the Church in Temujinn.

The Skibereen Orthodox Church however also maintains the Order of the Flowering Dogwood, which is a monastic Order who are tasked with dealing with the supernatural.

These two groups are generally in opposition to each other, but this opposition is found to be one of healthy competition.

The Government has no official policy on the Supernatural.

For most of people here in Naval Monte they live side by side with supernatural beings and forces even though most of the times they seem not to be there, trust us they will make their presence know whenever they want. We have two groups that deal with the supernatural if it ever becomes hostile to both citizens and tourists alike.

The first is Omega Grey which is a group who's main focus is to investigate and either secure and contain supernatural threats or destroy them, most of the times they use the later. They are only listed in few official records about them and the general structure of the group is your classic cell structure conspiracy that hides within both Naval Montean government and society. Labs, bases, and other facilities are scattered throughout the island and the other islands near Naval Monte. I can't say anymore about them other than they also use the supernatural too to help out on their mission but with relegation's and restrictions on what should be used since they don't want to accidentally cause a new supernatural incident while stopping an old one, they also take concealment as a major part of their mission.

The Harlequin Program investigates the supernatural but instead of simply containing it they study it to see if they can find ways to make the supernatural useful for everyday us. Of course since the military is their major benefactor most of their experiments tend to have a militaristic feel but they are allow to branch out to different avenues with their studies. They share a much closer ties with the government than Omega Grey, speaking of Omega Grey most of the researchers, scientists, and other staff members in Harlequin are kept on surveillance by agents from Omega Grey to make sure that their experiments don't go to far and that if any of the scientists or occultists in Harlequin falls into madness or is corrupted by a malevolent supernatural influence they will take them out.

Outside the governments responds you have various cults, cabals, secret societies, organizations, clubs and so forth each with their own polices regarding the supernatural. Than you have those who don't believe in it. As for the statues of openness most Naval Monteans have the feeling that the supernatural is real in their home turf but usually don't say that to the tourists, even to those who came to Naval Monte because they heard that the island was a hot spot for the paranormal.
Naval Monte- The Mediterranean crossroads of mind-controlling conspiracies, twisted dimensions, inhuman depravity, questionable science, unholy commerce, heretical faiths, absurd politics, and cutting-edge art.

Make wonderful memories here, in Naval Monte.

We have never really had our own version of the SCP Foundation ((Even though OOC I am a huge fan of the series)). Notably because our technological abilities are so advanced, that many consider us to be the supernatural ones.

However, the supernatural, or "Magic" as we call it, does exist in our universe. Although, we are technologically advanced enough so that even most hostile deities are not a threat to us. In fact, we actually have one magical deity that is a member of our government.

The largest minority species in our nation is also magic-using, and they are highly respected in our culture.

After the Revolution against the monarchy, the Consiglio Generale di Donia ( General Council of Donia ) decredeed in 2013 that the supernatural can't simply exist, so was commisioned a list of vegetables and animals species, called "Libro degli oggetti e degli esseri reali" (Book of real items and beings), that can exist and can't. If someone in Donia find somewhat that isn't in the list, the subject is obbliged to eliminate it or ring the policy, otherwise penalty is of 3 years of prison.

We simply go and get the exorcist.

Kaisergard was founded by German Orthodox Christians, and normally adherents to such Faith do not come across several demonic possessions as our Catholic and Baptist brothers.

However, there are at times that such matters have been taken by our people's hands, for instance, the death of Fahnenjunker Fritz Stein in an exercise, in which he began twitching, having convulsions, and screaming in an obscure tongue. When he began to levitate, Stabsgefreiter Friedhelm Müller simply jumped and pulled the pin of Stein's grenade that was hanging from his pocket, assuring the death of the Fahnenjunker (which was given a proper funeral and his family got state compensation), the possible destruction of the demon, and the promotion of the Stabsgefreiter.
