Rules for ambassadors
1. No foreign objects are to be imported into the embassy without the approval of either the Ministry of Commerce or Ministry of Defense, this includes gifts offered to us. All foreign animal and plant life will be taken and studied by the ministry of Environment to determine if said species poss a significant threat to Naval Monte's ecosystem.
2. Due to lax drug laws here in Naval Monte most drugs that fall into the recreational category are pretty much legal. But be aware that certain drugs are in fact banned from enter Naval Monte, The drug known as krokodil is usually on top of said banned list. Like any foreign object it will be put under intense testing to determine if the chemical makeup is pure to what the drug contains and hasn't been mixed with that of another.
3. While one can carry their approved weapons anywhere in Naval Monte it should be noted that reckless use of any weapon will cause said individual to loss their rights to use them, if found that reckless usage of any weapon was endangering civilian's lives than they will either risk imprisonment or deportation.
4. All Ambassadors regardless of rank, title, race, ethnic background, sexual orientation or gender are protected and given Diplomatic Immunity in all circumstances except murder and other crimes of the same severity.
5. Number limit for all staff is a hundred. Those who hail from the same country has their ambassador must stay in the embassy that they choose while those hired locally are allowed to return back to their homes. All ambassadors are permitted to live in special houses built close to the embassy, each one made with the best defense systems that Naval Monte was able to buy and create.
6. Limits on what civilian vehicles and what type are as of now no concern but only three military vehicles are permitted, those can only be those used for ground forces, any naval or air vehicles most be those that have no weapons attach to them.
7. Permitted weapons included but are not limited too.
Knives, swords, claws, axes, and other bladed weapons
Pistols of any kind
Rifles of any kind
Assault Rifles
Shotguns
Hammers, Maces, Brass knuckles, Tonfas, and other blunt weapons
Shields and armors
Makeshift weapons will be checked but chances are will be allowed
Certain types of attachments and rounds may be banned.
Radioactive, Chemical, and Biological weapons are banned
Experimental weapons must first be checked to determine if they are safe and stable to be used, if found to be safe enough than they will be approved.
8. Any reports of strange encounter will staying in Naval Monte most stay in Naval Monte, you can talk about it with other ambassadors, staff members, or even the locals, but do not tell them to friends or family members that are not in Naval Monte.
All embassies will be built in three of our major cities by the choice of the ambassadors. Mac Anu (which in it's history was Naval Monte's former capital), Carmina Gadelica (current capital) and Lumina Cloth (jokingly called the future capital)
