The Kingdom of Filmark is a mid-sized nation, influential in trade relations,
and currently seeks global position among the other Nations.
The Government is governed by the current monarchs: King Jomernig III and Queen Gabawye.

In line with New Hayesalian diplomatic interests in expanding our services abroad and creating cooperative spirit internationally, the Greater Island Kingdom is interested in opening a new embassy in the Kingdom. However, we must take serious issue with the lack of diplomatic immunity for Ambassadors in line with international standards, as well as a lack of diplomatic inviolability of our prospective Embassy.

Specifically, the diplomatic immunity of the Ambassador must be taken extremely seriously. In the event that our Ambassador is involved in crime dealing with the death of a person or tax affairs, we will consider granting a waiver of diplomatic immunity. However, we must establish that there is no political agenda behind any charges, and this is why we cannot allow for the host nation to arrest the Ambassador as they wish.

Our chancery is also a facility which contains a considerable number of classified documents which cannot be put in jeopardy by forced entries for any reason. We must request an exemption to both of these conditions for any New Hayesalian diplomatic mission in Filmark.

Granting privilege of diplomatic immunity upon request, can be guaranteed if:

Death doesn't involve Filmark natural citizens:

-However if you involve a natural citizen of Filmark, and there is evidence to prove self-defense, the diplomat can be judged in his own country. This occurs, so there is a sense of Justice and according to what our Constitution stands for. Don't discredit on efficiency of Justice in your country, however, if it occurred, could be discontent with the possible result, for part of the family of the deceased.

This could be valid for both countries.

The other crimes may be case law in your country.

The above terms may become reality if the new Hayesalia Government agrees to an extradition treaty with the Government of Filmark.

The Government of Filmark is also open to a counter proposal by the Government of New Hayesalia.
