"No Gods or Kings, Only Man"
The Technocratic Confederacy of New Grestin
Embassy Program
General Information
Established in 1763, The New Grestinian Foreign Affairs maintains embassies with other governments and representing the Confederacy as a whole. It's primary operations consisting of the establishment of diplomatic relations with other nations and organizations, the overall goal being the furthering of Confederate interests around the world. The Department is located in Haslau, the capitol of the Confederacy, and has acquired several locations throughout the city wherein foreign powers can request Embassies.
About the Confederacy
The Technocratic Confederacy is an island nation, divided into six territories and maintained under the Administrator and the National Council. Each Territory has a capitol city, from which members of the National Council are elected by Upper Party Citizens. The Capitol of the Confederacy, Haslau, is the second largest city in the country, the largest being Stratov.
The Confederacy is a technocracy, wherein leadership is determined by the intelligence and skill of nominees. This system has led to the Confederacy being led by only the most intelligent, effective persons available. This is a far-cry from the original system, wherein the populace was controlled by an oppressive monarchy. In the modern era, The Confederacy is a massive nation, taking part in the World Assembly and intervening in multiple international incidents.
