On behalf of the Government of Panem and the Ministry of State Affairs, I humbly request to establish diplomatic relations and recognition between your nation and that of Panem. For the past centuries, the government and leadership of Panem have always been hostile to foreigners and have instead preferred total and complete isolation for more than one reason. Now, with the successes of the Mockingjay Revolution and the establishment of a new Republic in place of a centrist dictatorship, we in Panem would like to begin our process of normalizing relations with countries throughout the civilized world, starting with your dignified state. A brief history of your nation (minimum of four sentences): Panem was formed and created in 2050 out the remnants of the United States, Mexico, and Canada, following a massive nuclear war and increased global warming. The people of Panem branched out and formed thirteen districts but in 2100, the people of the districts grew sick of oppression and launched a revolt known as the First Rebellion. It was defeated a Hunger Games were organized to subjugate the survivors and remind them to never revolt again but in 2174, the Second Rebellion exploded and resulted in a defeat the powerful Capitol regime led by President Snow. The rebels formed a transition government and drafted a new Treaty of Freedom that created a Republican form of government. The first election took place in 2177

A brief history of your nation (minimum of four sentences):
During the Great Era War between Terran (Human) Republic, Pandora Rebellion, Antu Republic, and Eros Federation against the Imperium, the Imperium experimented on prisoners in an attempt to adapt the human genetic code into super-soldiers in the service of the First Revenger. These experiments resulted in the creation of the Marsh, which were "programmed" with a deep hatred of all things Human/Imperium Enemies, and a bioengineered virus that transformed infected Humans (rather painfully) into additional Marsh. The Marsh were first utilized as frontline troops in the Battle of Cions, in the Shalocan Cloud/Galaxy, in AD 2812, and were later used as a spearhead force in the (ultimately unsuccessful) Imperium invasion of Korola in AD 2813. As the Imperium reeled from one defeat after another in following years, the Marsh began to view their masters with disdain, finally organizing a mass mutiny in AD 2816, devastating one of the remaining Imperium fleets and leaving their former masters to their fates.

After a series of raids against Imperium supply lines, the Marsh set off on a century-long search for a new home, finally settling on the forth planet of the Gyantara (Marsh) Star System. They named the star "Kyroa" and dubbed the planet "Vorus" before beginning on the construction of a new fleet in preparation for a renewed assault on Human Space, in order to complete the primary goal of everything that the Marsh had worked to accomplish: the complete extinction of humanity and the unchecked reign of the Marsh.

Well, it is a long and complicated one. Anyway, Singapore was invaded by a growing China in the 2020s, and the Chinese brutally oppressed the Singaporeans. Lee Kuan Yew's memory was actually preserved, and inserted into a post-singularity hyperintelligence we would know as 12-8B. 12-8B commands death robots and the PAP to liberate Singapore, and later, the entirety of SE Asia, and constructs a great power dedicated to the transcendence of humanity in 12-8B's own image. Since then we did lots of silly things including nuking the world and triggering a resonance cascade resulting in numerous powers from other universes flooding into out own. The world, as a context, was overrun by Minecraft fanboys, and we're still rational enough to call ourselves the "Bastion of Rationality" in face of this madness, but we aren't much better.

For the interdimensional Singapore, expansion plans started in 2084 as portal technology was realized. Soon it was realized staying in one universe is an idiot's move, and so the PTFS launches Project Backshield to construct backup multiversal infrastructure to support the cause on original Terra, or to provide a place to retreat to in case things go wrong. Anyway it expanded into a multiversal empire and yeah.

A brief history of your nation (minimum of four sentences): History of Tanzhiye is divided into several eras by scholars and archeologists: Prehistoric, Ancient, Classical, Medieval, Age of Discovery and Exploration, Industrial Era, and Modern Era. The Ancient Tanshi had once an empire that stretched from Northeast Asia to the Middle East during 3000-2000 BC, and it declined and collapsed during the classicization of its culture. The Tanshi homeland then was moved into Sibir (modern-day Siberia), and was influenced by Russian, Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Mongolian neighbours. The Medieval Feudal era of Tanzhiye was an era of cultural and scientific progress, and conflicts and tensions with the Slavic Russians, Koreans, Japanese, Chinese, and Central Asian nomadic tribes. Tanzhiye once followed a monotheistic religion, which became influenced by Chiboranism, Shinto, Buddhism, Confucianism and Taoism, until the Tanshi Sovereign officially converted to Nestorian Christianity in 800 AD, followed by conversion of Tanzhiye to Eastern Orthodoxy in 1500 AD. A brief history of your nation (minimum of four sentences): The Chrorhid hives originated three several hundred years ago with the first Empress who dug out the current Imperial chamber within Chel'trik Hive itself. As the years passed many queens were born and the Alnari race grew jealous as the Chrorhid would not allow themselves to be controlled like the other creatures and as such it came to pass that the Alnari decided that what they could not control, they would kill. When the Alnari armies reached the hives they expected mindless or defenceless insects but what they found was the entirety of the Chrorhid Warrior caste barring the Praetorians led by every male Royal caste Chrorhid from Prince to Emperor. As predicted by the Alnari and overheard by hidden drones it was a slaughter but not in the manner that the Alnari strategists had predicted as every Alnari soldier lay dead on the field with their entire civilization to follow in order to prevent follow up attacks.

Following the slaughter of the Alnari a memorial chamber was dug in Chel'trik and the Alnari capital was maintained in remembrance of the fallen race that dared believe the were superior beings. The Chrorhid took Alnari technologies and even began hatching highly intelligent "Scientist" Worker and Warrior Caste Chrorhid with the first few "Engineer" type Chrorhid appearing around this time. Quickly advancing in technology the Chrorhid spread across the stars, though not without problems, the first Prince Negotiators proved essential in keeping some species from attacking the Chrorhid but those who tried would either die out or make peace once Chrorhid ships began appearing over their worlds. Now though, the Chrorhid want peace but they aren't unwilling to use force to remain at peace if they have to.

A brief history of your nation (minimum of four sentences): The story of The Interstellar United Kingdom of The Tophat Empire starts some 2357 years ago, in the year -63 PA, when a massive war engulfed the planet, a war that would lead to the total devastation of the planet Tauun, know in Tauun High as T'au. This war was fought with weapons of mass destruction, over a total of 100 years, to protect them-self, the population of the planet built massive underground cities, a trait that still shows as the Empire prefer to build underground. Out of this war a new leader appeared, whom with both equal application of diplomacy, and ruthless warfare managed to unite all the waring factions.

The planet, destroyed, but united started to rebuild and after 300 years the planet was once more a lush temperate world, even if the inhabitants even to this day have yet to expand onto the planets surface, with only a few exceptions.(ooc; I am in progress of re-writing the sad excuse i had for a story, so this is the new version, that is also my excuse for it´s shortness)

A brief history of your nation (minimum of four sentences): The island has been settled for many thousands of years before the present time. The Romans invaded the island, then populated by the native Hoes, in 32 AD. After the start of the fall of the empire, the Romans withdrew in the 4th century, prompting invasions from the German area, of the Angles, Jutes, Saxons, Norts and Cardes, who established many small kingdoms on the island, displacing the natives to the hostile mountainous areas above the Morian mountain range. The present Kingdom was formed through the amalgamation of the Kingdom of Nortend and Cardoby, and the Kingdom of Hoebrideland in 1632. The former itself was an amalgamation between the Kingdoms of Nortelend and Cardoby, after the Wars of Belryham in 527 which led to the Nortan victory over the Kingdom of Cardoby.

In the present day, the Kingdom, though having some electricity and modern contraptions, remains somewhat firmly stuck in the 1900s. Horses and mules remain a common sight in the cities and towns of the country, with electricity available to only the richest upper-class households. Automobiles are becoming more popular, though its spread is hindered by high taxes and costs associated with the vehicle and the required licences.

The current King, His Majesty King Alexander II, is the latest in the line of monarchs from the House of Rhise-Bornabon, the ruling House of Nortend, interrupted in 1747 by the House of Oln, since 1523. The heir apparent is His Royal Highness Prince William, aged 13.

Since we have yet to receive a response from our embassy after your attack on Olber III, we are officially closing our embassy with Stormwrath, along with all other diplomatic agreements. We have also found strong evidence of your operations to wage a proxy war against us, using Excidian forces as mercenaries. This is not permissible, and will not be tolerated any longer.

And do not get any ideas. All of our equipment in our embassy has already been destroyed, along with our drones there as well, in order to prevent it from falling into enemy hands.

Please remember that we are a pacifistic people, and we would love to end this conflict peacefully. We will respond to any diplomatic talks if you intend to make them. We honestly have no idea what the motives for your aggression against us are, and we would love to be educated on this reasoning if we have accidentally done something to wrong you in the past.
