We'd make bets on just how many seconds it'll be before Megatron was back on Cybertron and on the air ordering the aforementioned raid. We'd also bet on how many of the enemy Megatron will have obliterated before leaving their territory.

We (the people) would simultaneously get ready for a Bare Sand Raid order, and impatiently anticipate the massive price increase on the goods of whoever was responsible for trying that. Once the raid order came, even the lawn grass of their nation would have a price on it. We wouldn't stop attacking the enemy until there was literally nothing left of it, and that includes its population. The population would first be taken off to our resource worlds as slaves, but if there were too many of them for our labor needs, we'd turn the rest into biofuel and fertilizer.

Of course, the Decepticon Military would also immediately prepare for a full invasion of the enemy nation. They'll go in right after the raiders have filled the enemy's skies with their numbers and make sure that the enemy lost. Sending the raiders in first would cause the enemy to waste all of its defensive ammo. If the enemy smelled a rat and held some ammo back, the raiders would then be able to land unopposed and simply start stealing everything - including that spare ammo. Either way, the Military would likely have nothing left to do but some easy mopping up.

After all of this was complete, we'd put an obelisk in the geographic center of what would now be a barren desert. It would be engraved with the story of what happened and would serve as a warning to other nations.

Naturally, an operation to recover the POYS or the PMOYS would immediately be mounted, while negotiations are underway.

This is actually a scenario that the police and military train on, were it to ever happen.

It is impossible for the situation to happen. Queen Altrouge Brunestud is perfectly capable of decimating entire armies of stupid, inferior humans and their little toys with ease. However, if she were to somehow be captured, then her pet, a powerful genetically engineered bioweapon referred to as Primate Murder, would immediately go into "attack-mode" and brutally mutilate the captors. Politely remind the terrorists that the weapons they have probably won't be enough to put the Premier down for long. This is where we wait for them to release him and arrest the terrorists.
