It is with great sadness that we are closing our embassy programme. Applications will be no longer accepted. We will re-open our programme in the future. All registered embassies will still remain operational as they have already been established.

Our Mission: By setting up our embassy program , we aim to have greater diplomatic ties with foreign nations. It is also to promote , peace , stability & security. We have also set-up this program to help our citizens in other nations. Through relations, we also hope to cooperate alongside other nations with economic, political, or other matters.
Rules:
Staff Regulations and Policies
A.Maximum 25 diplomatic staff
B.Maximum 25 service staff
C.Maximum 25 security staff
Weapons Regulations & Policies:
A.No explosives
B.No armor piercing weapons
C.No machine guns or assault rifles
D.Semi-automatic weapons are permitted
E.No launchers
F.Firearms and other ranged weapons (such as crossbows) must not exceed the number of security staff
G.Any excess firearms will be permitted only if they are not carried by security and are used only in emergencies. Otherwise, these will confiscated unless noted so.
H.We do allow security to have backup non-lethal weapons (tasers, pepper spray, etc.)
Vehicles Regulations and Policies
A.A maximum of 10 vehicles are permitted
B.Small Helicopters and Small Private Jets Are Allowed
C.No armored vehicles (bulletproof vehicles are allowed)
D.No armed vehicles
Waterford Bailey Laws and Regulations
A.Alcoholic beverages are strictly confined within embassy/consulate grounds.
B.Consulate's/embassy's nation's laws may apply within embassy/consulate grounds. However, once outside of embassy/consulate grounds diplomatic staff (including security and service) may be subjected to Waterford Bailey law.
C.No drugs of any kind on Waterford Bailey soil
D.However, medical drugs are permitted as long as they are not abused in any way.
Failure to comply with any of these rules and policies shall result in the immediate denial of your application

- Locations of Embassies
All embassies will be located in our capital city: Baileyshire. We offer two locations in Baileyshire.
- Donegal Row
This area has been specifically constructed for embassies. It is 3 miles from the central of baileyshire.
- Government Square
Government square is the area where all the government buildings are located. The square has high security , ideal for big embassies.
The republic of Waterford Bailey reserves the right to deny an embassy request and to close an embassy.
