The aim of the programme is to let other nations and territories to assist their peoples currently living in the Republic of the Manila, as well as to establish further diplomatic relationships with other nations and territories of any ideology and government type. This programme may also help decrease the tensions between the Republic of the Manila and the represented nation.

LOCATIONS
City of Manila
The City of Manila is located on the eastern shore of the Manila Bay and is bordered by the two cities of Caloocan and Navotas. It has a total population of 719,500 according to the 2010 census, making it the most populous city of Manila. The city is the country's economic and political centre, home to extensive commerce and some of the most significantly known landmarks of the country, as well as the seat of the executive and judicial branches.
Quezon District
The City of Quezon, which is not to be confused with the province of the same name, is a highly-urbanized landlocked district located in northeast Manila. It is the country's most advanced and largest city in terms of area and size. Quezon is known for being the country's entertainment and financial hub, and is home to many government offices, including the legislative building.
RULES and REGULATIONS
GENERAL
I. Nations seeking to establish an embassy in the Republic of Manila must fill out the fields
II. The nation must not be involved in any major conflict or wars
AMBASSADORIAL STAFF AND WEAPONS
I. The amount of diplomatic staff may not exceed the number 30
II. The amount of security staff may not exceed the number 25
III. The amount of security staff may not exceed the number 25
- Truncheons, batons, nightsticks, cosh and billy clubs are permitted
Light weapons are permitted
Semi-automatic weapons are permitted
Automatic weapons are strictly prohibited
Explosive weapons are strictly prohibited
TRANSPORTATION
I. Armoured vehicles are strictly prohibited
II. Military vehicles are strictly prohibited
III. Utility vehicles are permitted
IV. Each nation must provide a vehicle for their ambassador
V. Helicopters and private jets are allowed for ambassadorial use.
- Other forms of aircraft are prohibited.
AMBASSADOR
I. The ambassador is obliged to follow Manileño laws at all times.
II. The ambassador must not have any history of crime and/or any heinous acts unless it is a minor one
III. The ambassador must know how to speak Tagalog or English before entering Manileño lands to serve as a representative between Manila and the nation requesting embassies.
