For the first time, the United Prefectures of Newanderthals has opened up it embassy to other nations of the multiverse. Newanderthals is an isolationist nation, meaning that Newanderthals will not join alliances or intervene in other nations' conflicts if it does not directly concern Newanderthals. However, the UPN is open to trade agreements, immigration, establishing foreign embassies.

All embassies will be treated as that respective nation's soil. As long as your ambassador remains inside embassy grounds, his or her home country's laws are in effect there. If they leave embassy grounds, then they must follow the laws of the United Prefectures until they return to their embassy. The embassy program accepts all species, tech levels, and ideologies.

Newanderthals will not reject any nation without a good reason.

Newanderthals is an ice planet inhabited by Neanderthals who posses the technology of interstellar travel. The official language is Noondergar, but some Newanderthals know basic English as well.

Does she have a criminal record? Of course not. What kind of idiotic regime sends criminals to do their diplomatic business?
Will your ambassador's children attend school in Newanderthals, in the embassy, or will they be home-schooled? If she has children later on down the line, she'll be glad to have them attend school in the UPN. But at the moment she's single and childless, so it's not an issue.
Is there anything else we need to know about your ambassador? Like many Olwean women, she did some porn in her late teens and early twenties. We mention this only because it will be less of a scandal if you know about it up front (it's actually not a scandal in Olwe, since porn is viewed as a noble profession here). Speaking of nobility, if Newanderthals are formality-oriented and are seeking a proper term of address then "Lady" will do for the ambassador... she is descended from one of the founding families, and stands to inherit the title of Duchess after her parents die. But formality makes Olweans uncomfortable, so if you don't absolutely need to refer to her as anything besides Jenna, then you don't have to.

Are you willing to engage in any trade agreements? Yes, we're always willing to hear other nations out regarding trade agreements... I'm sure we can reach mutually beneficial terms on at least a couple of deals.
Are you willing to set up an immigration program between our nations? Certainly. Olwe already has a small but thriving native Neanderthal population, but we aren't certain how many of them actually came from your nation (we're pretty sure some of them did though, since there are some Noondergar-speaking ones... that's how Lady Jenna learned your language).

Any additional information you would like to tell us? In reference to the information above about our already having a few thousand Neanderthals living in Olwe: Several of them volunteered for service at this embassy, and the Vice Ambassador and Chief of Security, among others, are full-blooded Neanderthals. Hopefully this will ease the diplomatic process by making everyone more comfortable with each other than they otherwise would have been.
