We have infiltrated the highest levels of the Kingdom Kerenak though, and we look forward to the day when we will destroy their nation.
Other nations of the universe are of no concern to us, due to the fact that our brutal power is usually enough to conquer them, so no spying is needed. Not that we would be able to spy on other nations through means other than various magics and powers, since seeing a full bionicle sneaking into a government building would be pretty detectable.

-During war time, we place a Battlestar directly over our enemy's nation and use its scanners to completely map the nation, track the people by heat signatures, and pound the ground with various electronic measures hunting for underground bunkers
