Hamid: I am here before you today to prove. Myself not guilty of all counts.

*Amelia Kenda enters and sits down in her chair and bangs gavel*
Judge: I hereby bring the Court of Govern to order. Will the prosecution please stand and give your opening statement.
*Beth Fona stands up to the podium*
Fona: I am here to prove to you that Kenda Hamid is guilty of 5000 counts of second degree murder, 1 count of public disruption, 1 count of driving paramilitary/military vehicles on civilian roads without a permit, 1 count of damage to public property, 1 count of attempted damage to public property, 2 counts of plane hijacking, 1 count of resisting arrest, 5 counts of shooting at a on-duty law enforcement officer, 5 counts of attempted murder, and 9000 counts of public trauma.
*Beth Fona stands down from the podium*
Judge: Thank You! Would the prosecution like to call their first witness to the stand?
Fona: Yes! I would like to call our Prime Minister to the podium.
*Crowd oohs and ahs*

*Prime Minster enters from his house down the street and steps up to the podium*

Judge: Will the prosecution please stand and examine their first witness.
*Beth Fona stands*
Fona: Did you or did you not see from your window Kenda Hamid driving around in the tank below the plane with the bomb before and during the explosion and hit of the building?
Prime Minister: I did.
Fona: Did you or did you not see Kenda Hamid pop his head out of the tank and yell, "Yes! My plan succeeded!" when the explosion happened and then quickly drive away in the direction of the stock exchange?
Prime Minister: I did.
Fona: I have no further questions for this witness.
*Beth Fona sits down*

*Kenda Hamid stands*
Hamid: Are you sure that the person in the tank was me?
Prime Minister: No. But, you were wearing the same thing when I saw you as when the tank was caught.
Hamid: Couldn't I have been talking about a different plan?
Prime Minister: Yes!

*Prime Minister leaves*

*Amelia Kenda enters and sits down in her chair and bangs gavel*

Hamid: I have no witnesses to call.
Judge: Does the prosecution have any witnesses to call?
Fona: Yes! I call Henda Jane to the stand.

Robert Iger bursts into the courtroom. His face is jolly and he has a Mickey Mouse hat on. He is very round. "Why hello everyone!" He walks over to Hamid and throws his arm around his shoulder. "I heard you were in a pickle buster! Here's some candy." He hands Kenda a World's Finest chocolate bar. "I was just wondering if anyone in here wanted to get lunch with me and the wifey since we're on vacation. Anyone care to join me?"

Robert is a tad bit surprised. He gives the marshals a hearty laugh. "Hey there boys! I'm the Chief Executive Officer for the Disney Corporation. I'm here on vacation with the wifey.I'm from the USSUSSAR, here's my diplomatic immunity card!" He holds up his card with attached paperwork.

Robert leaves to have lunch with his wife. He must prepare himself for the deadly summoning ritual to bring Mickey back to the Light World. He approaches an information booth. The lady behind the counter looks very boring. "Hello there miss! You look sad. Here' take a Mickey Hat. I was just wondering if you know where the local orphanage is." After adopting 24 children he returns to the Entrepreneurial Freedom Zone of United States of African Russia to commit the ritual. The trial for Kenda Hamid remains unaffected by these events.

Hamid: My name is Kenda Hamid.
Bailiff: Prosecution please state your name.
Fona: My name is Beth Fona.
Bailiff: All rise for the Honorable Judge Amelia Kenda.
*Amelia Kenda enters and sits down in her chair and bangs gavel*
Judge: I hereby bring the Court of Govern to order. We had to delay restarting the trial due to the CEO of Disney. Will Henda Jane come to the stand?
*Henda Jane steps up to pudium*
Bailiff: Raise your right hand. Do you swear to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth?
Jane: I do.
Judge: Will the prosecution please stand and question their second witness.
*Beth Fona stands*
Fona: Did you arrest the defense?
Jane: Yes
Fona: Why?
Jane: For driving a tank.
Fona: Did he try and run away?
Jane: Yes. He pulled a gun on me.

Hamid: How did you figure out that I was supposedly the organizer of these crimes?
Jane: I refuse to answer that question as I did not make that decision.

Fona: Yes, I call James Thad to the stand.
*James Thad steps up to podium*

Thad: I do.

Fona: Did you make the decision that he had planned this and would be tried for all involved charges?
Thad: Yes I did.
Fona: What led to this decision?
Thad: After he was arrested we searched the tank and found a radio and the transcript on the radio had all the contacts with those planes. We then searched his computer and found a plan for this.
Fona: I have no further questions for this witness.

*Kenda Hamid stands*
Hamid: Did you have a warrant to search my tank and my computer?
Thad: We were given a warrant by the Honorable Judge Amelia Kenda.
Hamid: I have no further questions.
*Kenda Hamid sits and James Thad steps down*

Fona: Yes, I call the defense to the stand.

Fona: Did you commit this crime?
Hamid: Yes.
