Boarder securities in your nation?

Name implies it all. What defences have you implimented to protect your national boarders and anything to stop nukes or bomber planes from attacking you?

For us, its just a matter of adjusting the tide around the islands to make the jagged rocks underneath barely visiable on occasion, amongst the crashing waves rising over them as well as the ww2 era military bunkers and cannon guns along the boarders, ready to defend us against invaders that dont get smashed upon the huge amount of ship breaking rocks surrounding us. And yes our ww2 era cannon guns can take out a tank or heavily armored helicopter or bomber plane as much as an enemy ship, or multiple in one shot if they are close enough together. Also, armed gaurd posts at any and all otherwise blind spots. We also have automated turrets that act like oversized tazers to shortcircut nukes and bombs in mid-air and make them enert before they hit the ground.

We don't have too many. We have a DMZ along one part of our border, some basic guard posts along the other two, and a series of missile fortifications along the coast.

The border of Felinendia is equipped with watch towers, with one every 1/4 kilometer. These towers are connected by a 13 foot tall fence, with barbed wire on the top. The towers have Felinendian soldiers (Equipped with multi-million battlesuits) with long-range "Whiskers" guns. Each tower has 3 soldiers, 1 for day, 1 for night, and 1 just in case one of the other two gets shot. All non-Felinendian vassals, airplanes, tanks, etc. are attacked by the border-defense, unless told otherwise (For example, border defense are told to hold fire if another country needs to enter Felinendia to deliver traded resources). If, by any chance, an immigrant gets into Felinendia, they are quickly gotten rid of by the citizens, as immigrant-wrangling is a popular pastime.

We're an island in the middle of the Black Sea. If people wanted to immigrate illegally, they'd have a hard time. Even then, illegal immigration is rare because obtaining Valkhynese citizenship is very easy.

We don't border any hostile nations at all. In fact, all but two of there nations we border used to be part of our empire, and are still part of the Darwin-Brentsylvanian Commonwealth.

We're an island archipelago, so we only require passports for entry by air, boat, underground train, etc. No real border defense here.

We don't have boarders of any type. The Gulf of St. Lawrence and the Atlantic Ocean aren't conducive to surf/wake/boogie/bodyboarding.

We enslave the ones that try to illegally cross or overstay their welcome by a certain length of time. Generally for air all unexpected flying objects are shot down.

We have the intolerable deposits of nuclear waste surrounding our huge boarders of our artificial island. The synthetic soldiers defend from huge towers of iron and other recycled alloys 15 miles from the nuclear waste site. Mines float on the Saor ó Dhrugaí,a sea that touches the NSS and the Anglo-Saxon islands near NSS.

The western border of East Equestria is heavily "de"militarized, with three checkpoints: 1 50km west of Ponyvyla and on both sides of the Equestrian Joint Industrial Zone. The rest of the western border is blocked with a Berlin Wall-like structure. The northwestern and southeastern borders are largely open, though guard towers dot the border keeping constant watch for ~~defectors~~ ~~illegal immigrants~~ wild animals. There is also an electrified 10 ft tall fence separating East Equestria from its northern and southern neighbors. Most entry and exit to the country takes place through the nation's main airport, ECX (Erxir Navoth Cantriloxi International Airport.)

Oh, you mean ''borders''?

We only have water borders, those are controlled by the Coast Guard.

And airports have extensive security as well.

West Berolina is very protective of its borders, security is very strict and any person coming into the country requires a passport or any other form of identification, but mostly passports in this case.

We only share a border with one country, Kazof, and our border is only around 100 miles long. We have border police from both countries border the checkpoints, however there are barely any problems that go on so it's very downgraded.

We are an island, so in order to get here, you have to come by plane or boat.

If an illegal is dumb enough to try and swim here....our sharks won't be hungry.

Didn't ask specifically about immigration. It could be any reason. Hostile neighbouring nations, or your a xenophobic police state, or just whatever.

Tir Dochan's border is marked with a double layer perimeter fence.

The first fence is three meters tall and is constructed from galvanized steel. The second fence is 2.5 meters tall and is again constructed from galvanized steel. There is a 2 meter gap left between the two fences.

The fences have the ability to be electrified but do not always run. Checkpoints litter the border at all road crossings and are staffed by troops and officers of the Armed Forces and the Police Force.
