10 years ? The same

25 years ? The same with maybe a few more human and alien worlds subjugated

50 years ? Same as at 25 with maybe some slightly more advanced technology

100 years ? much the same, same leaders too

200 years ? previous leaders would have retired or been killed in action but it would probably be the same as before just a far larger empire.

As it's a dictatorship, it isn't meant to last more than 10 to 30 years maximum.

Actually the ideology of deep-ecology is meant to fall one day & to alternate with democracy.
It will be notably pressed on the population that no government type is the best: democracy is as much an ideal than autocracy.

After all Churchill said:
"Many forms of Government have been tried, and will be tried in this world of sin and woe. No one pretends that democracy is perfect or all-wise. Indeed, it has been said that democracy is the worst form of government except all those other forms that have been tried from time to time."

Furthermore, the aspect forced on ecology is the only legacy the country wants to mark-on, for future generations.

That's a tough one. What with being around for over a million years, some experts fear that after perfecting FTL travel, moving on to teleportation, and eventually to interdimensional and multiversal travel, we will have achieved the peak of advancement, which isn't that far around the corner. Though this is simply a theory, as many contend that knowledge is infinite.

10 years ?
Mostly the same, perhaps the lunar colonies over Koril and Rasil will have grown and the first Leviathan-class StarCarrier will have come into service.
25 years ?
The lunar colonies will likely become Imperial Territories by this time. The Iskolin will have no doubt launched another offensive, which will have been rebuffed. Eveylia will likely have begun work on trying to find and reach the Iskolin's home system. The 1st Expeditionary Fleet will have probably grown.
50 years ?
By this point the Evey will probably have achieved some form of FTL travel and begun exploring their sector of space. As they explore, they search for Iskolin-occupied systems to "Liberate". In 50 years they'd probably have started on their first system-wide conquest.
100 years ?
By 100 years they'd have a new Empress and have conquered several more star systems. They have probably also found the Iskolin's home system, and begun preparing to invade it.
Or even...

200 years ?
The Iskolin would have been annihilated and Eveylia would have incorporated several new planets into the fold. The Empire would be going strong. Scientific advancements made in the last 2 centuries would likely put the Eveylians light-years ahead of other powers in terms of technology. The beginnings of fragmentation in the Empire would begin though, as system government begin to break ties to their Imperial masters.

10 years ? About the same, but our new starship will be in orbit around Gliese 581g (which might have adopted a different name by now)

25 years ? The first city would be established on Gliese 581g, there would be the start of an incredible age of discovery about this new planet. Ships will be exploring around the planet as well to observe geography and find new creatures and history about the planet. Flying cars will be perfected back in Itanzia.

50 years ? An interstellar route will be formally established between the Solar system and the Gliese system and more colonists will be coming there. It'd be the new New World. There's a thriving civilization back in the orbit of Gliese 581g with a couple cities on the surface.

100 years ? Research bases are on every known planet in the Gliese system and there's new starships that are faster and bigger than the first one which can set up space elevators easily. Some smaller research ships are also exploring all of the star systems between Sol and Gliese.

Or even...

200 years ? A small interstellar empire has been established in this area of the galaxy and hopefully we have an alliance with an alien civilization. FTL drives will be commonplace and most citizens will be able to get their own personal ships.

Within 50 years, AI decides it is time to step up the Permosan space program; FTL travel is discovered 11 years later.
Within 100 years, AI is drawing up plans for a fourth off-world (and third extra-solar) colony. Contact is made with a vast alien civilisation calling themselves the Coalition.
Within 180 years, our civilisation has collapsed. AI has gone offline in mysterious circumstances, and those reliant on it (that is, everyone in Permosa and her fledgling empire) are left alone and helpless for the first time. Mass famines and a general breakdown in law and order occur as the carefully engineered castes go to war with one another. Alien incursions tear the colonies apart and subjugate them under a new regime, while on Permosa itself the Coalition constantly changes sides in the brutal civil war as their end-goals evolve.
Within 200 years, we are in the process of rebuilding. Much of Permosa is a dead wasteland, and what remains is significantly diminished. The Coalition organises the clean-up operation, although they are seen with great suspicion by the new post-war government due in part to their undeniable technological advantages (their technology is centuries ahead of us - millenia even) but also their suspected part in the disappearance of AI in the first place, and their own ulterior motives in helping us.

Any more predictions after this point will make no sense. However, there is one theory of an Interstellar Kingdom of New Euthenia being the Omniversal Kingdom of New Euthenia. Beyond this point, the kingdom would most likely crumble and fall.

Connahkstan will probably have dominated up to nineteen new continents, produced and stockpiled more chemical weapons, we'll have cured heart disease (a huge problem in Connahkstan) and diabetes, we'll have effectively destroyed all Artificial Intelligence systems, and Connahkstan may begin considering an increased interest in Nuclear and Radiological Weapons (As we currently only have four missiles for deterance, and about sixty A-bombs, twenty-five H-bombs, and two-hundred nuclear capable submarines (The subs, are, however, only carrying HE and/or Chemical payloads.
